Hyatt Centric Arlington

The room was a great size and clean and the location is great. Easily walk to Georgetown or some of the memorials on the VA side of the Potomac and super close to the metro to take into DC. I’ve stayed a couple of times and their front desk staff, restaurant staff, and valets are all incredibly service oriented and the valet is fast. My only complaint was with some housekeeping items not being right, which the front desk quickly took care of.

The room was clean and comfortable. No particular noise, either from the hallway or the AC unit. It was expensive, but maybe due to the hotel 's location. A convenience store on premise was a nice feature.

This hotel is more on the pricey side but we definitely enjoyed our stay. The rooms wee spacious and clean. The in-hotel restaurant was decent and open late. They also serve Starbucks in the hotel. The location is great! Immediate access to the metro, and tons of stores and restaurants around.

Super location if you are spending time in Georgetown. So easy from Reagan National. Also the neighborhood is so great for restaurants and walks. Rooms are a bit dated and dark, but the staff are very solicitous. Parking is outrageously expensive though. There are lots very close by 1/3 rd the price.

They are doing a good job keeping this older building clean and presentable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location to the Metro is amazing. I didn't have to take any Ubers from the airport. Breakfast is about $27 after tax, however it's a wonderful selection and feel free to eat a lot to start your day off right. I did have some minor room issues, but I won't bring them up here. I recommend this hotel.

Considering its affordable price (less than 200 USD/night, or 9000-12000 Hyatt points/night), its great service and convenient location, I'd definitely give 5-stars for this Hyatt hotel.

Great location, clean rooms. But my favorite part about this hotel was the service. Had a minor issue with some unruly guests and the front desk bent over backwards to address it. A special thank you to M. Karagoz and D. Monroe for taking a potentially unpleasant situation (through no fault of the hotel!) and making me feel like a valued guest.

My partner spent the night at this hotel, and overall the experience was great. Our room was spacious, very clean, and up to date. It’s also close to the metro, which made it easy for my partner and I to explore DC while we were there.

Each time I stay at a Hyatt I'm impressed. They are much more consistent with quality than other hotels. This hotel was so nice.

We had a beautiful view of the city of Rosalyn where the 14th floor was epic while viewing fireworks.

I really enjoy our stay at this hotel, it was very convenient, close to metro and supermarkets. The hotel was nice and clean, staff were really friendly. Got one free breakfast to try, it was fantastic!

Really enjoyed staying here for the Marine Corps Marathon. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s walking distance to the start and finish this is it! Plus the hotel had great special pre and post race food options! It was also super easy to hop on the Metro and get anywhere else in the area.

Room was comfy, cool and had everything I needed, save for asking for more regular coffee.

Service was top notch too. Plus complimentary water bottles in the lobby.

My only criticism is about the motion lights inn the bathroom. I’ve never seen that in a hotel before and no one wants to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and have overhead lights automatically turn on.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and at least everything is functioning well. I like the location of the hotel - it is within 3 minutes walk from Rosslyn metro station, which makes it so convenient to get around and yet in a quieter district.

Nice place however if you don't use their valet parking there is no where to park. Their valet is 65 a day plus tip

Rooms are nice. The only negative is hand soap! Who uses bar hand soap!? Room @15 is against the elevator wall. It’s like a low train moving. Valet only

This place is firing on all cylinders and is a great spot. You won't regret staying here. So many hotels right now are moaning and groaning about not having enough help and are offering subpar service.

It is such a breath of fresh air to experience great service and I truly appreciate the efforts of management and everyone else at this hotel that made the stay phenomenal.

Stayed here for 12 nights, and I just loved the location of the hotel and the services staff that help to keep the entire clean. One slight issue was dust found on some corner of the room (esp table). I guess this was due to the air-conditional that need services.

Overall nice decent hotel that one can find in USA.

Clean rooms, excellent views of downtown DC. Comfortable beds. Amenities were great.

We stayed at this hotel when we went to DC. It may NOT look like it, but this hotel is very much centrally located. We did not have a car, but the train station is just a block way, and we had no problem going to and from DC using the train. Away from the hotel on the other side, there were plenty of different types of restaurants and diverse food option to choose from.

Stayed here with my 9yr old son on a vacation to Washington DC. Very close to the metro and restaurants (fast food to bars to fine dining). The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean. The building across the way from our window was being demolished and my son enjoyed watching them push off large pieces of concrete from 20 stories up and then hitting the ground. At night it was pretty scenic looking out from our 8th floor room. I didn't have the room serviced since it was a short stay. Valet parking is on par with other hotel areas. Fortunately I had no problem with valet but since there is one person, I can only assume if you try to get your car at a prime time during the day, be prepared for a wait. I didn't use my car at all during the trip and upon leaving it was on time and waiting for me when I utilized their text system to request it ahead of time. I don't eat a lot for breakfast so I didn't check out the buffet but we had stayed one night for dinner and it was very good. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with no surprises to the bill. Would certainly stay again.
