I am so proud to be the 1st child born into Orlando's AUTO Sales and grew up sitting on the lot doing oill changes and rotating tires and helping My Dad in the office ... I learned every detail about car sales and knew every other car sales competitor in the area to be not only present but my Father thought of them all as family. Not competition ...they needed one another and that is something not all have experienced in the industry. For anyone with complaints I'd state now in review my Father addressed you as I would have. Probably kinder in fact. And for those whom supported the lot and it's members and all of the covid turmoil I appreciate your due diligence to local businesses.
Used cars is exactly that. My father could also paint a car like nobody else. It was his greatest talent. Many may not know he did that so often in the 80s and 90s people came from everywhere for Paul to paint. He moved more to other aspects because Fitchburg didn't want pretty cars. It wanted sales. So for anyone who's ever had a dream, and had to choose the latter to feed their families ....I would recommend if you didn't want a used car with issues you should have paid close attention to detail asked questions and knowing my Dad he would've altered his week to make you a priority.... it's river street in Fitchburg.
Please refrain from acting like you rolled up to the BMW store. That isn't what we specialize in. We fixed restored and sold used cars. I won't have anymore ridicule on Google as you only deem yourself in a bad light by doing so. And there's 500 behind you with great reviews ...but human beings would rather vent a bad day than a great experience....to be fair once you've taken the car someplace else I wouldn't want to help anyone either. When we don't know factually what's been done, we don't hold responsibility for your issue. That's called "business "

Joe was a real sweetheart to work with. He was very patient and honest about the cars in his lot. He worked with me regarding the budget I had to work with and made the whole car buying experience extremely easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a good quality car for a great price!

I am not usually a review writer but thought it might be helpful to others if I relate my good experience with Orlando's Auto Body.
Bottom line is I am satisfied. I was treated fairly.

Joe did everything he said he would do to make the car I found on their lot not only pass inspection but also authentically pleasing (torn seat patched with matching material). We negotiated tire replacement as I wanted all new all season tires and it would not make economic sense for the dealer to put new tires on a used vehicle.

Recommend buyers apply your own due diligence when buying a used car from anybody....dealers can't know every detail about every car they sell...bought from auction or privately. Carfax reports, although very helpful and recommended can't tell every detail of past abuse. Identify and discuss all your concerns before buying as part of your negotiation.

I buy used because I choose to go for depreciated value over warranty. I found the selection of used cars at Orlando's richer in my 4 to 6k price range than anywhere else I looked from southern New Hampshire to Worcester and Athol to Concord, Ma.

Next time I am looking for a used car this will be my first stop and while still looking elsewhere if I don't find what I am looking for I would stop here frequently until I get what I want.

I have to say that i pretty much gave up ever getting into a decent car because of my credit, but these guys really went out of their way to finance me a really cute car that i love. On top of that when my car began to make noises and was acting i brought it to a friends mechanic and they called Orlandos for me to explain what was wrong with the car and Orlandos had me drop off the car in the AM and in just a few short hours they delivered my car to to my front door. Thank you for being so understanding and taking care if these issues and getting me into a nice vehicle. i really do appreciate the way you handled all my needs and took great care of me and my new little car. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again!!!

I had very high hopes not having to deal with the bad element. Nope. The truck's bearings were shot..asked them to correct the situation
.they did the right side and left the left side..I do not know who did the work..less than shoddy. The left side is totally shot..the sound is scary and hopefully we can get a trade in IF I can get it to the dealership. Paul..I had faith..I wish there was some pride in workmanship left in this world. I will never deal with this company again.

Absolutely disgusted. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you want a safe care DO NOT GO HERE Paul was very condescending, telling me to 'bring my boyfriend down so he judge the car' because I wanted to go over it. Had to bring it back a week later for a chirping coming from the right side. He said it was the glove box and 'fixed it' the chirping was coming from OUTSIDE the vehicle. ONE WEEK after their 'warranty' was up my fuel pump blew and they stated they would fix it but I'd have to pay for it and they wouldn't get to it for over a week to even look at it. While it was in the air the mechanic found 2 leaking break lines that could have blown at any time and severe frame rot in the back. The whole break system was due to be replaced as well. They said I'd be lucky if I got another 6 months out of the car. I repeat, if you want a safe car DO NOT go here!

I went to look at a cheap car to buy outright and seeing how this car was super cheap I wasnt expecting much other than able to pass inspection. Not only were we on lot without the gentleman coming out to talk to us, I had to call him to ask him if I could test drive the car to my local mechanic to see what the future work would be and how much time he estimated this cheap car to last and how much the car is actually worth and in return I got a 5 minute fight over the phone, because he still wouldnt come out after I stated we were currently ON LOT looking at the car, saying how it just passed inspection and he didnt need a mechanic pointing out everything wrong with it. For a used car dealership if you dont want a mechanic looking at your cheap cars then you're hiding something. As a dealership you should want your customers to be confident in the safety and the expected life of the vehicle. Will not be buying from here due to this experience.

Complete thieves! Sold me a truck with a bad transmission. Went 3 days after purchase and was told that he had bigger problems to deal with like the snowblower he was working on. Took my money for a lemon and refused to fix or give me my money back. On the way to court! Don’t do business with these people!

Joey Silva is an unscrupulous person in my opinion but you be the judge. On February 2017 I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano repairable from Joey for 4000 with the agreement that it would be fixed to pass inspection. I was extremely happy. After several weeks the insurance company Mr. Silva was working with classified the Murano as a total loss and gave him an undisclosed amount plus my 4000 which is significantly more than book value. In March he purchased a 2003 Murano claiming comparability. Initially I rejected his claim yet when he threatened to stick me with the repairable without fixing it since it wasn’t in writing then I took this new deal. But Joe sold it on me. He did this on at least one other car. I assume he got the immediate cash. I do not know this as fact.
It is now April 7th and Mr. Silva continues to retain my 4,000 yet I have no car. He has banned me from his business; I gave him 2000 in cash which he denies. In total Mr. Silva has 14000 of my money and I have nothing. The Ma attorney general is investigating him for possible fraud and tax evasion. Of course Mr. Silva is going to respond by attempting to describe me in a whole bunch of negative ways. I promise you I have presented the facts. I promise you I have nothing to gain from this review. In actuality, I could possibly lose everything for writing this. I just cant bear having one other person be duped. Also Joe Silva gave a 5 star review on his own business so completely negate that and the average for this business is. ''1.75.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The guys working here are meat brain thugs just trying to con you out of your money! Please stay away for your sake. Just read how the owner responds to his negative reviews. This is how he "takes pride in satisfying his customers even after they've bought their vehicle" he contradicts himself twice in the same breath. Do us all a favor, boycott this shop and get this business out of our community! At the time of this review a nice old woman is across the street protesting against them. They've tried already to harass her and spray paint her sign, and the owners right hand man Joe got in a car and chased me down the street for trying to give the woman my card. these guys are out of control and need to be shut down immediately.
