Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport

First of all I want to shout out all the staff, who were consistently so friendly and helpful, from the guy driving the airport shuttle, to the front desk clerks, to the folks staffing breakfast in the morning.

Second, the location here is pretty great if you're planning to use the metro to get around DC.

Third, and I cannot stress this enough, this is the first hotel I've stayed at in a long while where the rooms are actually sound-proofed and the bed is actually firm and supportive. I had some of the best sleep I've had in ages while I was here.

Ann was incredible! I have stayed many places and not often encountered someone who takes the intentional effort to make people feel welcome. She’s got a great ability to make a connection in a little amount of time. I highly recommend this place to stay!!!

Great location right next to Amazon HQ2 and the outdoor park and adjacent shopping center. Very walkable to numerous food options from Whole Foods to a variety of unique cuisine restaurants. Just 5 minutes from Raegan Airport. Room was spacious and staff courteous and greeted me every time I arrived back.

My family and I stayed here for three nights last week and we loved it! The staff was so nice and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning and free snacks provided in the evening. The two free drinks a night were an added bonus. The metro is located about half a mile down the road, making it an easy and convenient location. We will definitely be back on our next DC trip.

We enjoyed our stay here during the 4th of July. Easy access to metro to travel around DC. Shopping, whole food, restaurants are 15-min walking. Room is nice and clean. We were on the 11th floor which is pet-free floor (I’m allergic to dogs and cats so this is important to me). It was quiet at night. It is a suite so there is a separate sitting area from the bedroom. That was nice. Can easy stay here for a few days and don’t feel like hotel-living. Highly recommended, especially for military PCSing.

Nice to have the bedroom separated from the living room. The dark decor is actually good for sleeping-in.
Breakfast is the best; having lots of hot items and made to order area for omelets.
One of a few DC area hotels that you can park your own car (without a valet); you can come-and-go as you please.
Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.
Have stayed here many times.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, comfortable.

Had a mini fridge, microwave mini sink.

Overall a small kitchenette.

Day bed was quite comfortable.

Also is pet friendly.

Provides an excellent complimentary breakfast!

We stayed here because we love embassy hilton in general. Came to see the cherry blossoms and tour DC area. This hotel was great. Room was clean and modern, great location. Breakfast was great. We were greeted by Daryl and he was so hospitable and inviting. Thank you. We will stay again.

Located downtown easy access in and out and to the highways. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and a full breakfast. Parking is 40 plus a night in the Garage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay

Probably the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in at any hotel even among Embassy hotels. Renovated, beautiful decor, clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. Delicious hot breakfast and evening drinks. Dependable Wi-Fi and shuttle service to the airport. Just amazing and wonderful all around! Great location, walking distance to restaurants and safe surrounding location. I’d give you 10-stars if I could!

Our family spent three nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied. Room was clean and neat, staffs were friendly.

This hotel was fantastic. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the parking garage was a nice addition. Our room was very clean and roomy. We were there during a major trip by high schools from Michigan, about 300 students. Even with that number of kids, the hotel was still quiet. We never really heard anyone. The breakfast was great. Made to order omelettes and hot food. Not many negatives at all. Subway station is one block away in the Marriott hotel. There is a great donut shop right across from the hotel’s entrance. Traffic isn’t too bad, typical traffic for northern Virginia. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very nice experience.

One of the handful hotels I give a 5 star. Front desk and service at this hotel was excellent. Quick check in and they fixed some room issues very quickly. Breakfast was very good, love the omelette station and food selection. Good location to restaurants, grocery store (Whole Foods) and Costco. Room was clean and spacious. In room safe. Good water pressure in shower for a top floor room.

I want to say this is a great place to stay! Brian, the front desk guy, was very helpful in finding my lost ID and handling some other things. It is nice to meet someone who is so professional and genuinely seems to care about customers. I will be staying at Hiltons again after my experience with Brian (Bryan?)

The suite we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. The happy hour specials are nice, as is the breakfast.

It is super quiet, convenient to public transit, the Reagan airport, and the freeway to other parts of Northern Virginia.

The breakfast is made to order which is great for families with kids. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff and service level was superb.

Stayed here for the Army 10-miler and the location was perfect! Could walk to the start. The rooms are great setup because the bathroom doesn't have to be accessed through the bedroom. The pullout couch was perfect. The breakfast was made to order and there was an evening happy hour with snacks and a drink ticket. Walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, and the train. Would stay here again for sure.

No complaints at all, my room was clean, parking is easy to get to, everyone I came in contact was very polite and great customer service. The restaurant, I was very pleased with the food, ate at the restaurant twice. Great location if you are going into DC. I will be back in two weeks.

Large rooms, free breakfast with a lot of choices, far nicer than a lot of the other suites.
