You need a reservation. Inside there is a cacophony of excited tired children telling exhausted parents about their amazing day and a kitchen cranking out food.
Milkshakes exceed expectations, and are over the top. The martinis are amazing. The food was as you would expect, nothing super amazing, it was good and prepared correctly.
The server was very friendly and attentive, once main meals were served she could have stopped back to offer refills before asking about dessert.
If you're going to the park, make the reservation and just enjoy.

When in Hershey there is plenty to do for adult and kids alike. The absolute MUST is to dine at the Chocolatier in Chocolate World. Do not be j timid aged by chocolate being infused into almost everything. It works. I don't k ow how but it just does. They also have dozens of other classic items including burgers, hot dogs and chicken fingers for the kids.

You have to have the Chocolate BBQ short ribs and wings; truly a unique and delicious experience. The food menu along with a variety of decadent drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, make this spot the most popular in the park. Reservations are a must, so plan accordingly. You do not want to miss the Chocolatier and all the awesome sweetness they have to offer.

Great food (huge portions too) and ambiance. Can’t miss the Ferris Wheel starter — all of them great except for the pretzel bites. The milkshakes are a can’t miss and a must. The NY strip steak is unique, cooked well, and should try. Jodi is the best server ever, made the experience all worth it! Will absolutely be back when visiting Hersheypark.

Family in town for a wedding and couldn’t pass up a day at Hershey. What a fabulous day and time we had finished off at the Chocolatier. Shout out to our bartender, waiter and the manager on duty. Every interaction we had was phenomenal. Even with IT issues, they handled everything with ease and insured we had a magical experience. Don’t hesitate on visiting. Highly recommend.

We ate here 2 times and both were outstanding! If it's your first time, order the ferris wheel appetizer. There are fresh hand dipped chicken tenders, amazing mozzarella triangles, so tasty wings in a Hershey bbq sauce, pretzel bites with a honey mystard sauce, and a slightly spicy cheesy corn served with tortilla chips. This is a signature dish and is completely worth the price. We also had the full order of bbq wings and these go into my top 5 best wings. They don't sell the sauce, and although you may think weird with Hershey sauce, it's amazing!!!! For entrees we had the cuban sandwich, the grilled shrimp tacos, the Reese grilled chicken sandwich and the short ribs. All were good portions and each had been cooked with some sort of chocolate, cocoa or nibs. Nothing over the top chocolaty but prepared well and all very tasty. This place is kid friendly with a robust kids menu and mocktails. We had the pasta and mac-n-cheese bith well prepared and pirtions are large. The drinks are fire! Oaxaca old fashioned was spot on, and perfectly made. We also had the Reese's old fashioned. Wow, wow, wow, this drink is unique, not super sweet but definitely tastes of Reeses peanut butter cups and I loved the mini cup in the glass with the cherry and orange peel. The Trailblazer is a light, refreshing drink with a little spritz and fresh blackberries. The tequila is very masked so get this if you want alcohol without the taste of it. The Orange Creamsicle martini is absolutely fantastic, fresh orange zest sprinkled on top makes it authentic orangey, not the typical fake orange flavoring most restaurants use. The frozen banana split drink could've been a dessert! It was dangerously tasty! Now for the shakes!!!! We tried 3 of the 4 signature shakes: Reese's, Cookies-n-Cream, and the Classic Hershey. These shakes are too, too much! They all come with a 1.5-inch rim of frozen frosting and Reeses, cookie crumbs, and mini chocolate chips, respectively. The reeses had a pretzel dipped in chocolate and rolled in reeses pieces, a slice of reeses cheesecake, and the shake itself had chunks of reeses peanut butter cups. The shake was Devine! Honestly, the best shake anyone at the table had ever had. The cookies and cream came with a pretzel rod, dipped in white chocolate and covered in cookies bits. There's also a large slice of moist chocolate cake. The shake itself was delicious. The original hershey shake had a large chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate chip brownie on top. This shake tastes like frozen chocolate milk. Soooo good! All shakes come with lots of homemade whipped cream, not too sweet but rich and fluffy. Service was great. We had Meghan. We requested her the 2nd time she was so good on our first trip. She's attentive, doesn't rush the table, and is extremely personable. This restaurant is next to Hersheypark and Chocolate World, make a reservation.

The food is really good. After a long day at the park we just ordered a chicken salad and the chicken nachos. My only issue was the nachos had way too much mol imo..

Surprisingly the best part of our trip to Hersheypark. We came on Thursday 10/28 and I had made the reservation for 2 about 2 weeks prior, thinking we might be glad to get out of the cold even if the reviews were somewhat questionable. On Thursday the park was extremely overcrowded with one to two hour wait times, but luckily we had a 5pm reservation for here. We got here 15 min early and checked in and they sat us 15 min later, right at our reservation time. Our server was very good, the bar area seating overlooking the gift shop was nice, my chocolate martini was delicious, and the Hershey bear was visiting tables. The place is cutely decorated with carousel horses and some booths that look like tilt a whirls. The food, as others mentioned, is not good. But we were expecting it to be so bad that it was pretty okay! We had the reeeses grilled chicken (it was dry but tasted okay) and the crispy chicken which had excellent flavor but was overcooked. That’s all we ordered. The sandwiches came with plentiful fries which were good and my fries were hot, my husbands were not. Our sandwiches were an ok temp, not cold. Overall it’s kind of like a TGI Fridays or chilis level food. Everything costs a few dollars more than a regular restaurant, and I wouldn’t come here if I wasn’t at the park, but for a break from the crowds in a nice environment it was a god send and really turned our day around. It was about $60 for two sandwiches and two drinks, not horrible, just expect to spend a little more than you would elsewhere, it’s worth it as a break from the park. And we were seated and out in an hour. Overall I was very happy with our experience and will be back next time I’m in the park.

The Chocolatier was a little gimmicky and expensive but it was a lot of fun. The milkshakes were so ridiculous I do recommend splitting one with someone or splitting and entree and getting your own milkshake. It was too much food but so delicious. On top of it all, our server, Becky, was so patient, friendly, and fun and the hostesses were welcoming and outgoing. I would absolutely come back for the fun of it.

TLDR, Between the great service and great food, it is worth the price.

The actual setting was unique as it was composed of decommissioned Hersheypark rides which was pretty cool! Like stepping back in time!

The service was fantastic. The waitress was attentive and nice. The highlight was the manager coming to speak with us and let us know it would be a little longer because they didn’t think it was cooked the way it should have. They could have easily not told us, but they did so that was really telling that they respect the customer. I loved it!

The food was really great! My girlfriend got the ultimate BBQ burger and it was big, and tasted great! The notes of chocolate used in the bbq was on point. I got the NY strip and just as well, it was amazing! The chocolate spice mix to the chocolate porter steak sauce was sublime. The flavors were well balanced and seasoned. The s’mores cake was huge! Looked great, and was exactly what you would expect from it!

Overall, I will definitely be back to taste the other chocolate themed foods. While it is a bit pricey, the food, the service, and the atmosphere more than make up for it!

Amazing food atmosphere and service. The fondue is yummy, and the Farris wheel is cool. I would recommend the Reese’s burger!

I dined here twice for lunch during my stay in Hershey. I had the Take 5 Chicken Sandwich and the Loaded Mac & Cheese. Take 5s are my favorite and it was a good chicken sandwich, but I'd say the Mac & Cheese was better. The Resse's Cheesecake was excellent. Draft beer selection was good, including at least two local options. Food took longer to arrive on the Sunday versus Monday, but that is to be expected. There were far more people dining on Sunday.

I had the BEST waitresses during my time here. This was our first time here and it was absolutely amazing because of our waitresses Gray and Megan. They were so sweet and just gave amazing service. My husband and I said that we don’t think we’ve ever had more personable waiters in our lives. Thank you to Megan and Gray for making our son’s 4th birthday so special.

I was surprised how good the food and specialty drinks were since it's part of the park. Service was great and our waiter checked on us throughout the evening. Best burger I ever had. Get the BBQ bacon burger!

The Chocolatier was great for lunch today! We were seated near the kitchen and these employees are killing it! Everyone was working so hard and constantly getting food out to customers. We ordered the pretzel bites, a seasonal martini flight, the Chocolate town burger, and the barbecue bacon burger. Everything was hot and tasted delicious! Our waitress was Nicole! She was friendly and provided exceptional service! Thank you!! You We look forward to going again!

Friendly staff and nice location just outside Hershey Park (no need to pay the amusement park parking fee!). Just above a merchandise shop. Great patio with an outdoor bar. The food was good. We had pub fare which we all enjoyed. All dishes using the Hershey Barbeque Sauce are worth trying. We really enjoyed the indoor ambiance and unique seating plan.

This place is amazing!! Our server True took amazing care of us. He made sure to ask about allergies and reassured us that there wouldn't be any issues! Before putting in our order he would check with the chef to make sure the food was safe. In addition, his service was impeccable. He was fun, helpful, and hooked us up when we placed an order that's not quite on the menu.

My son and daughter in law gave us dinner as a Christmas present. we had a Great time . We got the short Ribs which tasted awesome. The only bad thing was they were fatty . When was asked our waitress about it she seem like she was happy about that as well . She talked to her manager in which he offered us a new plate of ribs . It wasn't that they tasted bad it was because they were fatty . Some people like them that way and some do not. He gave us both a free dessert instead. We thought that was pretty nice . And the dessert was Awesome. My wife got a milkshake a I got resecup cheesecake. Both were out of this world. 5 stars all the way. Thanks for a great dinner .

The atmosphere is fun and filled with decor from the park. The carousel horses are my favorite. The menu has a wide range of choices as well as the specialty drink options. We hot the appetizers that came out on a ferris wheel and everything was incredible. Our lunch was just as delicious. Our server was great, informative and attentive. This is a fun place to eat.

We had a reservation for dinner and everything was great. (You are definitely better off with a reservation, as it does get busy being right at the entrance to the park.) Our waitress Renee was wonderful. We got the nachos appetizer and it was incredible; arguably one of the best nacho appetizers I’ve had. We cleared the plate. Everyone also loved their meals (two burgers, entree salad, and a pasta dish) and those who got cocktails enjoyed them too. The atmosphere is really fun and the booths are comfortable. It was a really fun experience.
