Dr Ted Taucher is my angel , he is so kind and gentle. I didn’t even fill the needle doesn’t use the mouth blocks that are super annoying super pleasant the hygienist are five star and this is coming from a person with a huge fear of dentist and didn’t go the majority of my life and now at 51 that’s saying something huge.

Dr Burnham does a fabulous job, he takes the time to explain in detail what he's going to do. He puts his patient at ease before beginning the procedure. I recommend to anyone with dental fears to come to see him. The office staff is fabulous and 5 stars to Shannon (office manager) for her outstanding job.

Dr. Burnham fixed a cracked tooth by adding a crown to it. He was very gentle and patient. He took his time making sure everything was perfect. He is professional and I can feel that he really cares that he is doing his best. It's nice to feel safe with a dentist. He is also funny!

Dr. Burnham and his support staff were nothing short of fantastic! This office provided me with the best experience I've had in a dental chair, and I'm a huge baby when it comes to dental work! Dr. Burnham is meticulous and incredibly skilled in his profession. Five Stars! Would highly recommend 😀

This people are miracle workers. We have used an other local dentist for the past three years to get my son's mouth healthy and smiling again. In three years all we have are pulled teeth and lots of Issues. Dr. Burnham got us in the next day, consulted and prices us have some great options and we all ready had the first out of four treatments all in a month and and the next appointment just weeks away not years. My son is smiling and hopeful again. The staff is great to work with as well

I have always had a great experience at Rogue Valley Dental. Dr. Burnham is very professional and is very good at explaining the procedures as he is doing them to answer any questions or concerns. He has a great sense of humor and is quick to calm any nerves. The assistants are very courteous and professional as well. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to come and check out this practice. They are all top notch! Very recommended!!

Drs Taucher and Burnham are kind, compassionate, professional and take great pride in their work. Creating a comfortable dental experience with predictable results is very important to them both. The staff are warm and friendly and will treat you like family.

This is the BEST office I’ve ever been to! I have had a fear of dentists from the past and have tried several. Dr. Taucher is patient, kind, and exceedingly gentle. He’s helped me with cavities, replacing old fillings, root canals, crowns, & teeth whitening. His staff is kind, efficient, and beyond helpful! I’m so thankful to have found a place to help me; no longer will I put off going to the dentist!

I am in the middle of a mouth-overhaul (thanks, poor genetics!) and am spending more time at RVDC than I am at home theses days.

Dr. Taucher is fantastic - and all of the workhe has done so far has been meticulous, pain-free, and never-rushed. He always takes time to explain what is going on, but also to talk through my dental plan in detail and answer any questions.

His kindness is also evident in the culture at the RVDC practice - the folks that work there are always friendly and accommodating!

For instance, when I needed to understand the financial aspects of my treatment plan, Shannon was generous with her time in explaining the associated details - as well as helpful when I had numerous questions regarding insurance.

I feel fortunate, as a newer person to the area, to have had the good fortune to have found my way to RVDC. The care and dental work are top-notch - and the folks that work there are wonderful.

I had an appointment today for my annual check up, As always i get anxiety from going to the dentist since i have sensitive teeth and usually bleed upon the cleaning.
Today was a total different experience!! My hygienist that i had today was remarkable! I had a bitter sweet last 2 weeks from graduating from college, getting divorced and being my b-day weekday. Heidi, my hygienist not only meet me in a personal level but made me feel comfortable and i felt relaxed and even my anxiety went down. In addition, my gums didn't bleed!! She has soft hands and was very gentle. I'm so glad she took her time and was patience with me oppose to other clinics that your only a number and book them up back to back making them feel rushed. I will definitely recommend her. Thank you Heidi and the front desk team for providing excellent care.

In the last year I have been to see Dr Burnham an embarrassing amount of times...I think between 6-8? I usually loathe going to the dentist because I have had bad experiences in the past with not getting properly numb. Dr Burnham is the first dentist to truly numb me! I can actually relax when I go to the dentist!

Their office staff are sincerely friendly, I always feel like a remembered and welcomed guest here. I had one instance I needed to be seen fairly quickly and they worked me right into the schedule, within a day. Very positive atmosphere. I have nothing bad to say!

My 4 year old daughter was scared to death to go to the dentist. She threw tantrums and refused to go.
Dr. Burnham was super fun and cheerful and made her laugh. He told her everything he was going to do so she wasn’t scared. No tears! No tantrums! It was a super positive experience.

The staff is wonderful and friendly, the work the doctors do is excellent, and the office itself is beautiful, with artwork done by Dr. Berg himself. The office sends out text message reminders that are easy to confirm, and in cases when I've needed to reschedule, they've always been able to get me back in fairly quickly. I enjoy coming here because the staff cares about doing quality work, and the office is always very inviting.

Dr. Burnham is a competent and very relatable practioner. He takes time to get to know you and is concerned about what you actually want to have done about your smile. Great experience overall and will continue to go to Rogue Valley Dental Center. As a pediatric dental colleague I recommend adult patients to him regularly and have the confidence he will take care of them! Great doc!

Every single staff member at this office is AMAZING and very CARING! Honest, hard working, straight forward, and amazing customer service. I had full upper extractions and dentures made there, and I can't express enough how wonderful everyone was through the whole process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for ANY dental needs

Dr. Taucher and his staff are amazing! Everyone is very attentive and friendly. My five year old loves visiting the dentist office and having her teeth cleaned by Julie, she makes the experience fun and educational. Dr. Taucher is a great family dentist and truly cares about his patients.

It feels like family walking in, Everyone from the front desk to the back office because the doctors are amazing. They have changed my life with Just one smile thank you for doing what you do.

I love Dr. Taucher. He's so caring and patient. I'm deathly afraid of the dentist, but he makes me feel at ease. And Christine is such a wonderful technician. I can't say enough good things about this team, including Dawn, and Shannon. What a great staff. Thank you!!!!!
