Dr's really listen and explain things normal

Scheduled an appointment for 04/30/24 back in November. Just received a call to cancel my appt because the doctor is leaving. Can get me scheduled for August. So that's a total of 9 months between when I originally called and when they can get me in and I still could get a call in July cancelling again due to the revolving door that these physicians go in and out of. There is zero consistency in this industry and they're paid the highest.

Worst doctor's in the valley. If you want help don't go here. They do not care about the patients well-being.

I always like to give the benefit of the doubt to front desk workers. Could be a busy day, understaffed. But after 3 times in 8 months the same person, Denise, doesn't want to give her name when asked and the rudeness is a constant attitude. I've gotta question why others at the same office manage to be cheerful and helpful 🤔
