Best sandwich in world promise old fashioned deli style country store

They make cold sandwiches when we go out on the Lake and portions are very generous! Love their food!

I haven't had a bad meal here yet. Breakfast sandwiches are good, lunch is good and the staff is always extremely friendly. Good southern hospitality.

Nice little store, always friendly ladies that work there. Prices are decent. Sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza and hot dogs just to name a few.

Been going to this place for over 40 years. Not sure that the name was always the same but the friendliness of this place is absolutely unmatched! Decent selection of snacks and cold drinks, a small deli and they made great sandwiches to order! Never ever had a bad experience here. Parking and getting fuel can be a experience but always manageable. This place is what gas stations should want to be!

Great service. Very clean. A nice grocery section. They have great hot food, including whole pizzas, and an amazing deli. I especially love their deli sliced ham, it tastes like it was left over from Easter dinner!!!

My 5 stars is for the employees. They're always so kind! If you live close for years like us, they get to know you, so when you come in they've got your cigarettes ready and always ask how you are.

I love Davis grocery. I grew up goi g to this store. Little has changed. I still go there very often. I started going to this store at age 6. Now I am 62 years old. I miss Sam and Sue Davis the original owners. But you still get friendly service.

Family atmosphere, great food, reasonable prices. They get a lot of vacationers and worker's business. This is our Hometown store that always leaves you with a smile!

They have the best bologna sandwich ever and always made and served with a great smile..my friend gets turkey sandwich which are delicious also..

Nice store . But instead of employees standing at door smoking . They could be cleaning parking lot and empty the trash instead of it running over . Parking lot always very nasty.

Absolutely the best hands down. Best food around, great employees and wonderful prices. Must stop on the way to or from the lake, cumberland falls or seeing friends or family.
