DENVER & ISAIAS were hands down the the most considerate and friendly employees. They have the the BEST freakin energy. Not only do they deserve recognition but a raise is well deserved.

This is the BEST dunkin within the greater Akron area. Always makes the food and drinks well and gets orders correct. Plus they are some of the nicest people I've spoken with in the food service industry. Definitely the only dunkin I ever want to go to.

I absolutely love this Dunkin, I travel for work and I visit a lot of Dunkins ,but this one on Market Street in Ellet is always the best.

Had a nasty Dunkin driving down the highway, so I stopped here and they remade it for me, no problem! Thank you!

The service was good. Very polite and friendly. The line was long and there seemed to be a hiccup that caused some delay. The donuts were delicious and fresh and the Charley was on point!

The food was good and hot. Their mobile members menu has a few really good items as well. Personally recommend the salted carmel cold brew coffee!

I cant remember her exact name...but the Munchkins in the Spice Ice drinks are AMAZING!

I’ve been religiously using this location for about 2 years now, I’ll be honest, I haven’t been super impressed in the past, I’ve had numerous occasions where my order was messed up, but there’s a barista there now that usually handles my orders lately, she is remarkable, idk her name but I’m sure she would know I’m talking about her, she’s always in top of it, I never have to wait, I walk in the door and she knows who I am and hands my order to me, amazing customer service, her attitude is awesome, they could be slammed and she still wears a smile, Dunkin’ Donuts should be grateful to have an employee of her caliber as someone that has managed several businesses in the past she is an exemplary employee and should be the mold everyone in that company tries to fit, keep it up you’re going places, I really wish I knew her name so I could directly give her credit. She’s thin, tall, magenta I believe in her hair, and a small tattoo on her wrist. Anyways, 10/10

My husband and I visit this place everyday...This is our home store. We don't care where we are or how far we gotta drive, we will not go to another location. E. Market Street Dunkin is a wonderful place. I want to personally shout out Shawn and Megan. Megan is the one that does drive thru a lot and I met Shawn thru the drive thru as well. I've seen these ladies a great deal of my time in the last few years and I have never ever had an issue with them at all. They are very kind, very professional and seems to me always at work....it's like it's their second home. It's important to always be kind to someone because we never know what they may be going through in life or how far kindness truly goes. If I'm having a bad start to my day, I am always leaving dunkin feeling so much better. Its not just because I got my Cold brew but because these ladies are great people. Their smiles and kind hearts are very contagious. When ever our order got messed up recently (because sometimes it happens, normally when there are new recruits) shawn fixed it with out hesitation and with out attitude. Same with Megan, if I needed to send my order back because I noticed an error in drive thru, she got it fixed with out hesitation and with out attitude. We all have bad days sometimes and I've had incidents were some workers gave me a dirty look or attitudes but I've never ever felt this or received this type of treatment from these 2 beautiful souls. They definitely deserve recognition and raises in my opinion. Thank you two from the bottom of my heart. I just asked my husband what 2 workers at dunkin stand out to him the most with being the best worker and how they make Him feel as a person and customer and he just described Megan and Shawn as well. He didn't even know I was writing this review. Keep up the awesomeness and Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great coffee. I went there daily for about a month

Pumpkin Spice is back!! Frozen pumpkin Spice with double espresso. Staff could be a bit friendlier. They handed us the wrong beverage and we handed them back and another girl gave us the right ones and just stuck them out of the window with a mean look and didn't say a word. Past encounters with her weren't very nice either. I don't think Dunkin Donuts is the right place for her. She doesn't smile or talk unless it's "may I take your order" It's very awkward and I definitely won't be going back to that Dunkin Donuts but I have another one just as close to me. The first girl I encountered that took our order was really nice.

I love dunkin donuts. It is basically just like Starbucks but less money. The service is great, everyone is all so nice. And my order is always 100% right. They have so many varieties of donuts amd breakfast foods and their drinks are so good.

Very Fast for the amount of people they serve.the food is good except the sour dough sandwich is a little dry

Quick and kind service and the management fulfills the needs and safety of the customers over the blatant disregard for others by one. Today the workers as well as management stood ground on a customer who was obviously lying about a medical condition to get coffee quicker. Dude... there's drive thru. He cried and hauled tail out screeching his truck's tires. Great job DD staff and management.

I wanted to leave a quick review. I stop here on my way to work maybe once a week. Always fast service and nice people behind the counter.

I also want to leave this review was today it was particularly busy, inside and the drive through wrapped around the store. As well they did mention they were short staffed today. Sounded like someone called off last minute. A middle aged woman in line was giving snarky remarks to they employees for them being slow while waiting in line (stood for maybe a total of 5-7mins but I wasn't in a hurry and I knew it was uncommon as I usually get in and out in 1-2 mins tops) and later saw here sitting in your car punching her thumbs into her phone. Assuming it was a Google review I want to offset her impatient, and clouded review.

All in all always pleased with the service here .

This is hands down the best Dunkin in the area. I grab coffee here a few times before work every week, and the drive thru is extremely fast. I am usually through it in two minutes in the mornings. The lady who works the window, Abby, is always very friendly and chipper. However, they have gotten my drink wrong twice in the past 6 months, so I do check every time before I leave. Still highly recommend.

Quick service and friendly staff. 10/10 would drink again.
