Incredible. Bob worked me with to create a ring that not only I fell in love with, but that my fiance as well. He was able to work me through every step of the way. Walking in the door I knew nothing about diamonds, now I feel like a pro.

His staff was professional, yet so kind and friendly. I received updates from them on the status of my ring, and they were able to help me make some decisions regarding design.

Do yourself a favor, skip the chain Jewelers, and give Bob a visit. I'm glad I did.
