Dewine is perfectly happy letting a local court in his state ignore Ohio state and federal laws and allowing a disabled veteran with NO CRIMINAL-RECORD (speeding ticket has still been my only breakage of ANY laws) to be removed illegally from his VA DISABILITY ACCOMMODATED HOME as well as ignoring the defendants civil rights based on the fraudulent statement that I was abusive while married! Look at the testimony of the opposing counsel (pics attached) lots more evidence exists of NEVER ANY ABUSE but it’s ok for rogue courts in Ohio to disregard the ORC when compelled by a licensed attorney without evidence whatsoever!

SOPHISTRY/ CPO = preventing an abused person from defending themselves by controlling the narrative using the threat of law if the accused try’s enlighten the court with the TRUTH about who was the abusive person and who was abused! The abused victim being ignored and victimized by his abuser for life is the legacy Kovack left behind, her court is not a hero for the oppressed exactly opposite is the reality of the legacy she left behind! TRUTH!!!!!!!

I filed in the Medina court the protected information. Restricted by the court that proves I was not the abusive person!

My next move is to attempt to sue the state for having a case law that allows attorneys to act with impunity over the regular citizens
