I juat happen to come across this place when looking on google for repairing an exhaust on my suv. And I have to say this place don't look like most if you comparing it to the big names. But I will say the work they do is pretty impressive. I was always told don't judge a book by is cover and this place fits that to a tee. I was very happy with the repair on my suv and I will he hack for other work. Keep up the good job

I had a hole in my inlet pipe on my muffler. I took it to two other muffler shops and they said I needed a new exhaust system from the cat back for $1000. I went to Big Muffler and they simply repaired my pipe at a very! reasonable price and I was good to go.

Rick and the boys did a great job of fixing my muffler issues. Even gave me a great deal even though I was a late walk in. 10/10 would go to again.

The positive reviews are right on for Big Muffler Shop. Adam Garrett diagnosed the exhaust problem soon after I got there. Ordered the parts which arrived within 30 minutes. In another 30 minutes I was on my way. He kept me advised on progress at each step. Great work! Great experience! Very satisfied.

The men here at the shop absolutely love their job they take time doing their work they are passionate about what they do they are respectful to their customers they will crack up with you have fun with you and enjoy spending time with you if that's what they need to do they are very family-oriented caring supportive and hard-working men thank you to the big muffler shop for everything that you do for the community and for everybody's cars that you work on.

I stopped into this shop on a Wednesday , the only day of the week they perform work “by appointment only”. I needed a new muffler and tailpipe. Even though I had no appointment, they still had my car done within 45 minutes of arriving there. Great quality repair for a great price. In fact, the price was 10 dollars cheaper than the quoted price at the start of the repair. An experience I’ve never had at any other repair shop! I would most definitely recommend to any friends or family!

I had a hole in my muffler and I had tried to get it repaired at five other repair shops without success. I stopped here and they ordered a new muffler and installed it within an hour. They were friendly and they did a great job. I would highly recommend this business.

Got my 98 jeep grand cherokee exhaust work done. Had them install a muffler with a custom exhaust going out the front of my rear tires, and let me tell you!! It sounds amazing and the work they did was on point! I highly recommend them!! Couldn't beat the price as well!! Had my jeep dropped off in the morning and got it back about lunch time! Very fast workers !!

Good rates. Small private shop. Actual mechanics, not just computer analysts that do what the computer says. Busy so be patient.

I just had my muffler and flex pipe done at Big Muffler and I am very happy. I was quoted $515 at Muffler Brothers Belmont for the work on my 94 Buick Century. Muffler brothers also said that I needed my exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter to the muffler replaced. That wasn't the case, Big Muffler said mine was usable. I was able to save $200 by going here. It took less than an hour and they were able to start working on the car right away where as I was told at the other shop it would take a few hours to fix. My car is very quiet now, couldn't be happier. This was an awesome experience.

I drove a car up from Florida, and it became a disaster breaking down 4 times. I even had to try to repair it on the side of the road. I changed out the throttle body, a fuel filter, and ended up at a muffler shopin Atlanta for the bank 2 catalytic converter. This was a very costly trip. Being a disabled veteran this was not easy, and living on a fixed income.. A 19 hour trip turned into a 44 hour no shower, covered in oil and gas nightmare. So, back to my experience....I pull up to the big muffler shop, and the young man, sorry I can't remember his name, checked the codes on my expedition. Now this is what shocked me, a true sign of an ethical man. He informs me that I don't need another catalytic converter, it is a misfire cylinder 7. He could of easily replaced it for the money. But instead, he let me know the real issue. I was in complete shock. He even referred a shop near by that does good work. I will need exhaust work on my other car, so I will be back. He won me over, I will definitely tell everyone I know about this shop. Thank you!

Very impressed. Another company quoted me $2500 for an unnecessary repair. Stopped in here for a second opinion and they fixed within a half hour at a great price.

Today is Memorial Day, they were not open but we drove by. My husband took out 2005 Ford Taurus back. The guy said they were closed but he opened up the shop for my husband. He completely fixed, welded, made a part for my car, so affordable we were able to finally get it fixed. It's solid as a rock, quiet, the exhaust will outlast the car honestly. Loved the service I called spoke with a man name Chad a few days before I brought my car in for headlight bulbs he had wonderful customer service and when I brought my car there after observing it turned out to be more then what he first told me put he stated that this was a family owned business and that they would take care of me. Just he said they definitely did take care of me I was beyond happy with the service I received and will be bringing my car back whenever it needs service done on it

Needed exhaust repaired. They checked everything over and recommended (1) repair at exhaust pipe & exhaust manifold. (2) found tail pipe with holes in it. The repairs were done quickly and at a very fair price. I believe any other shop in town would have told me that I needed a whole exhaust system. Thanks for the honest service!
