Shamar the ATT retail sales consultant provided me with the best customer service experience I've ever had, let alone a phone store. He went above and beyond to help me for literally hours and didn't stop until there was a resolution. He was so patient and kind throughout the entire process even though I wasn't in the best mood and he turned my whole day around. Shamar is the epitome of a hardworking, dedicated and genuine person and employee! Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

This Stockton store was awesome after changing my Banking .

Shout out to the AT&T Customer Service (CSR) Store at 5756 Pacific Ave in Stockton, CA!
My phone had been in SOS status for at least 3-4 days. I thought one of my grandchildren may have hit the emergency button, causing the phone to default into this status. The phone was dead as a door knob.
I tried every YouTube hack I could find online, but none of them worked. Disheartened and discouraged by what use it would be to drop-in at the AT&T store, I made my way there on Valentine’s Day. With a little research, we learned that the phone had been shut off by a 3rd party emergency agency whose representatives had now taken a very unwelcoming tone and position with the AT&T CSR. Although the CSR was interceding on my behalf, he too was hung-up on as well.
The store manager apparently noticed the time and energy his agent was now spending on this matter as he well. The manager did not come and take over, neither did he micro manage. He gave his CSR the needed latitude to continue working his magic while tapping an agent source that could seemingly solve the problem. They began working the problem from both ends.
What great team work!
Watching them organically align and attack the problem was inspirational. We were already greater than 3 hours or more into this thing but they were undaunted. And, the support team member was a skilled master in the 3rd party service offering that had gone so wayward. This kid was skilled and moved with an agile resolve that incrementally knocked down every up-cropping problem until we got to seemingly impossible ‘YES’. The problem was solved.

It’s important to also mention the young lady that originally began working on this issue before passing it off.
I celebrate this team, and wish to hold them out as a great example of excellence in action.

Bless the employee Rose. She was great throughout the whole process. Went in to get my hubby a new phone and he sure was taking his sweet time picking one. (He switched to the IPhone, that trader Joe 😑 ) lol. But she helped out so much and checked and double checked to see if I could use my teachers discount. She really walked us through everything she was doing. Very professional and friendly. I'll be back in about 2 weeks to grab my new phone and maybe a new watch 😁😁😁 Thank you again Rose!!!!!!!!

So there are at least 2 AT&T stores closer to my house but I really like this one. It’s located at Weberstown Mall Entrance next to main doors, on Panera side of parking lot. You enter from outside mall. The employees are so nice & helpful. They know the products & services well. I’ve stopped calling customer service & visit this store when I have any issues & to purchase products.

Wow, wow, wow! Jordan Davis and Xavier Jackson are heroes. They rectified a big boo-boo done by others (namely, Eric, the guy who came to my home), a boo-boo that was looking to cost me $1200. The in-home sales guy failed to put one of my four phones on an installment plan, causing me to be billed for the whole amount of the phone.
Jordan spent -- sadly, but kindly -- literal hours (five) to fix what the inside sales guy screwed up and then refused to rectify and even lied and said he would fix.
I, myself, had called and spent several hours with the many ATT folk, to no avail.

Word to the wise: Avoid the inside sales guys - the ones who come to your home. Eric is the worst of the worst and makes "sleazy" seem upright.
For your transactions, highly advisable to go into the store. The guys who come to your house will say anything to make a sale and then vanish. If they screw anything up, you'll never hear from them again once the sale is done.
Also, for great customer service, see Jordan or Xavier. They are 100% pro, honest, hard-working and wonderful people!

When I walked into ATT, I was greeted by Mo, one of the ATT sales rep at the location off Pacific Ave in Stockton. He was friendly, and attentive to my phone service needs. Mo helped me in a timely manner and educated me of my options. I had to return a second time after a week to upgrade a second that was on my service plan, Mo helped me again. This time I bought my elder mother. Mo was friendly and courteous, just as he was when he first assisted me. He went out of his was to make sure to accommodate my elder mother by bringing over a shorter seat for her to sit on while we worked at one of the taller tables. Mo again got us in and out in a timely manner. We are grateful to have such excellent customer service by Mo and such a positive experience. Thank you Mo for going above and beyond to make our experience pleasant both times you helped us.

Jordan has phenomenal service. Great , excellent service send all your friends and family he’s awesome. Took care of all my phone needs. He’s very patient, understanding and takes time to understand his customers. I have been with ATT for nearly 20 years and I must say that this store and their management team are awesome there is always a positive vibe walking in and your greeting customers immediately at the door. Managemnt walks the floor and check in with customers. Very important and I can appreciate this type of service any day. This nee team is awesome.

Associate Xavier went above and beyond to port over 1 of my 3 lines. Corporate you really need to invest in training on your employees. Xavier is the prime example on how be leader in how customer service. He spend hours on the phone with different departments not giving up on porting over a line that I already had spent hours of my own. Being a new customer I was about yo cancel all 3 lines as the time was not worth the savings. Xavier and his Manger acknowledged my frustration and they did not give up until my issue was resolved. Please acknowledge Xavier Jackson for his due diligence.
