Recently had a very positive experience with White Allen Honda Service Department. I very much appreciate the high quality of work and willingness to accomodate my detailed instructions. As a loyal and satisfied 30+ year customer, I continue to highly recommend White Allen Honda Service Department.

We had a tire in our Honda suddenly show up low. After AAA filled it, they were not able to get us in. We were around the corner from White Allen, so we stopped in and they greeted us immediately and took care of the car right away. We don’t wait but 15 minutes and we were taken care of. The associates were kind and helpful and we truly appreciated the service. We will come back here for routine service going forward.

Bill Floyd, James Singleton and Antonio Cruz were all awesome. Got me right back on the road. I have used this service center a lot for my old Honda. 👍👍 Two thumbs up.

Three (3) words describe White Allen Honda - Honesty, Integrity, and Value. I decided to call this dealership due to the high reviews on Car Gurus and I was glad I did. When I called, the car I wanted to see was sold but Randy (Sales Consultant) informed me they just received a trade that was an upgrade from the model I wanted to see. The trade was a year older, but with better features and lower mileage. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the car was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and was spotless inside and out. I received excellent personalized customer service, great communication throughout the whole process, and a tireless effort to help from everyone at White Allen Honda. White Allen Honda always takes care of us. I appreciate the friendly faces and all of their service help. Today was an oil change, transmissions fluid, tire rotations, top off of fluids, multipoint inspection. As I got in to my van to leave, my key broke. They were able to fix it for now which I really appreciated because a new one is $250ish+.

Great service, outstanding customer service. Took my Honda Accord in for oil change, cabin air filter replacement and engine air filter replacement. Service was completed within 30 minutes. Highly recommend White Allen Dayton Ohio for your automotive needs.

I've been going here for service on my Honda's since 2018 and have always had good service.

In 1999, we were on the hunt for an Odyssey and went to a dealership close to where we live in Xenia. They told us the only way we could obtain one was with a luggage rack, trailer hitch, and other upgrades we were not intersect in. We left and went to White Allen where they sold us one exactly tailored to what we wanted. Service after was excellent, and we continue to drive by that other dealership for the friendly and excellent service we always get at White Allen.

We have in total had 8 Hondas between us. We keep buying them because of their unbelievable reliability. With only normal wear and tear replacements (like brakes), we have driven one vehicle to 235,000 miles and another to 300,000!

We recently bought a used 2015 CRV (not from White Allen) in 2017. Unbeknownst to us, it had a new kind of transmission that was not working well overall in that year's model. Well, it went out on us, and we were shocked. We still owed quite a bit on it, and just didn't know what we were going to do, as the repair cost was very steep and just didn't make sense for us to pursue.

From Bill Floyd in service (who is always so kind and helpful to us), to Randy Reed , our sales associate, to D'Arcy Walther, the sales manager, they worked some magic for us and helped us way out of a very bleak situation. Our faith in Honda as a company and vehicle is restored and we are loyal for life! We are so very grateful and have a brand new pearl gray (I love that color!) CRV to enjoy.

Thanks again to this very special group and dealership overall! We will continue our journey downtown and recommend you to anyone who will listen!

Alittle hard to find for an out of towner. Drove to get a part for the business I work for. Very clean. And employees were all polite. No complaints
