I love the service who ever shop for me did a great job and the young man who put the water and food in my car was very polite

Always have everything I need at Kroger. They always have the best deals around and this location is super convenient. I wish they were 24 hours because I can go shopping after work. The staff here are so nice and helpful.

Good selection in a good location. State liquor, wine and a decent inventory of beer. Staff are polite and helpful. Huge selection of gourmet offerings such as cheese, cured meats and the sushi is decent too.

Rosemary was our cashier today 11/09 at 5:50pm. She was the quickest cashier I’ve had in ages and was nothing but kind. She made conversation with us really well and was radiating great energy. She really gives her job 110%. This means a lot to me, beings at another store (Not Kroger) I had an aweful experience on the first anniversary of my friends death, trying to get his mother a gift, and a worker at self checkout made everyone around mad for how she treated me and embarrassed me because she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with a computer and took all of her anger out on me while I was simply apologizing and trying to deescalate. You never know what’s going on in someone’s life and Rosemary is a worker I’d be very very proud of. She gave me hope that people still give enthusiasm in their jobs and don’t always treat people so poorly. She helped make this Kroger my go to place to shop. Thank you!

Good store. Big. Good meat and produce. Lots of walking entailed in most visits here. Good selection across the board. Much more fun to visit than Meijers or Walmart.

I went in for a few items, but bought more than expected. The aisle signs reminded me of things I had to pick up. There was one product which was out of stock, I asked a nearby worker and was told it was so popular they can't keep it in stock. Overall, the store is always clean and orderly and, usually, will stocked.

The difference among this Kroger and other Krogers is that, this place has almost everything you need for home from Grocery, household items and many more. The place as huge with a pharmacy inside. Whenever I needed something for home, went there and found it everything. Very nice place with less crowd.

This is the only Five-Star Kroger's in the Greater Toledo Metropolitan Economic Zone (GTMEZ). And it is not because it a Super-Kroger's, replete with a clothing and home-goods store, although it is that also. You will note the consistency in my reviews--it is all about the clientele. The people. Your fellow shoppers. This Kroger's has the quality of people that is similar to the two, Sylvania locations to the north. But what makes this one superior to the Sylvania (Monroe Street) location is better parking. And what it makes it superior to the Sylvania (Sylvania Ave) location is the exciting and extensive artisanal cheese section. It adds the punch of fun that Sylvania Ave lacks. I love shopping at the Orchard Center Kroger. Not only is it one of the nicest stores in the area, it's clean and their food is always fresh and well rotated. The associates are also very helpful and I've never been given an issue when comes to using my coupons. I prefer this Kroger over all others.

All my life my family has been loyal to Kroger. This location, opened pretty recently, is amazing. Pretty much any groceries you need, plus a salad bar, sushi stand, a stand just for great cheeses (my favorite), and a spot by the deli where you can have them make you a personal pizza or sandwich if you want to run in for lunch. Good wine and produce selections, and this location has it's liquor license. Staff is always very friendly and everything is kept clean. I love it here.

Picked up subs. I Love how much meat you get for the money I pay. I never have an issue finding anything. Plus, I like the scan and bag now. Saves time and it's good for budget-friendly people like myself!

I’m just reviewing the bakery. The bakery has some very talented people creating delicious treats for any occasion. While browsing through their selection I noticed this cake that looks exactly like a giant cupcake. They do a great job creating other items like creme brûlée’s, cheesecakes, sheet cakes, gluten free options, etc. They seem to always have something on display that catches my eye.

THE best Kroger around. SO many options and the clothing section is SO NICE. Be sure to stop by and check it out. The deli has many hard to find items sushi and an olive bar. Really fun place to get your boring old shopping list done and find unique items in the process. Full liquor store inside as well.

Love this Store. Jeff was Working in the U-Scan tonight. He hasn't seen Monique in over a Year. Got a Couple Halloween Decorations for 45% off Regular Price. TWO MONTHS LATER 》》I'm there to pay my bills. The Female helping me Screwed Everything Up. She charged my card twice. She gave me my bills back. I told her I will go to the store by my house. That's the 1st time she was told this. The 2nd time is when I was at a different store & that Lady told her I'm there to pay it. She went & paid my bills without my knowledge. This is turning into a Nightmare. I still don't have that money. Never Again will I go there for that. That Female needs a Bagging Job.

Vanessa was working the self scan checkout and she was awesome!! I have to drive a little farther to get to this Kroger but Vanessa makes it worth while, this is the second time I have encountered her and both times i left with a smile on my face and a guarantee in my mind that i would be coming back here specifically because she is so kind and helpful!! I've always had a pleasant experience shopping at Kroger,the staff has always been helpful and courteous. And I love the digital coupons,they always help stretch a dollar, and it's appreciated in the economy today, especially when you have a teenager in the house.lol.

Love the store, always clean and haven’t had a bad customer service experience EXCEPT the “older” cashier Cindy.. if you’re that unhappy with your job, find another where you’ll be happier at! Nobody wants to hear you “talk down” your co-workers, how your day sucked, etc..

We came up from Columbus for a concert and I have to say this was a very nice Krogers. Staff was friendly and deli foods fresh. Only complaint was wife said a lady was crying in the bathroom and it made her uncomfortable.

In the realm of Kroger grocery stores this one is king. I live closer to the Kroger on Glendale however I am happy to drive 5x the distance to shop at this kroger. Better selection of items in stock, cleaner and overall better atmosphere.
