Big Ed's BBQ (food trailer)

Big Ed's trailer I found by accident. However, had the spare ribs and had a slight smokey flavor along with a fantastic sauce makes you want to visit. Other places in Dayton do not compare. Only drawback I felt it is a bit on the pricey side.

Love this little food trailer bbq...Mr Ed is the nicest man..and some of the best bbq in dayton.. Big Ed is definitely A Must Check Out... I try to stop there at least twice a month. My grandson loves it too. It's a special treat for my fifteen year old grandson after school... Fyi...1 If the weather's bad snow or rain or just too cold Big Ed will not be there that day....

First time at Big Ed's. The food is amazing. I had the bbq chicken, mac and cheese and baked beans. Big Ed is friendly and he makes you feel welcome. Thank you.

Food was very good and just after one visit he said we were family. He knew we were first timers gave us some ribs to try and they were delicious. Will definitely be back every 2 weeks on our way by. Service was fast and he was very nice and u would think we knew each other by the way he treats his customers

The is an absolute hidden GEM in the Gem City! Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. I got the ribs and chicken with greens and Mac n cheese. The BBQ is flawless. The meat is smokey and the sauce is sweet. Perfect combo and the portions were huge. The greens and Mac were amazing too! There's a reason this fella was rated the #1 BBQ place in Dayton according to Channel 2. Oh, and he's a super nice guy too! Go support Big Ed's!!!!

This is a little food truck that's worth driving across town for. No kidding! I've had ribs all over the country, and these were the best I've ever had by far. The sides were great too. Can't wait to get back here and get another plate!

I am new to the Dayton area, but I am not new BBQ and out of all the states I have been to, Ed has some of the most juicy ribs I have ever had. I will definitely be back along with my co-workers!!

Perfectly seasoned greens with bits of ham. Potato salad was the best I have ever had besides my Grama! BBQ sauce on the tender pulled pork sandwiches was perfect blend of sweet and spicy!

This bbq is a true taste of backhome that I've really missed. My fiance tried his brisket and nearly passed out from how good it was I'm not kidding she actually became gravitationally challenged 10/10 will be doing again thank you for what you do.

Was in town for the One Dollar Book Swap down the street and wanted to break for lunch but not go far..I found Ed's and OMG it is the best BBQ I have had in years. I got the chicken and had to stop myself from over eating! The portions are well worth the money and you have to get the baked beans as a side, best I've had in a long time!

I was hungry and tired on a lunch break and this good sir helped me out big time. He was super patience and helpful I highly recommend this business. On top of all that the food is soooo good! I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Big Ed's is wonderful! He makes the juiciest ribs in the history of BBQ and his potato salad is pure happiness in your mouth.

The $27 chicken and rib mail was amazing and will definitely drive 45 mins out of the way just to get it again

If you love bbq then get over here he don't play every thing he makes he makes 💯% great the ribs the bird it dont matter its amazing and he is one heck of a nice guy.
