Free's Medical

I have dealt with the Free's. For some time now. I find them to be honest and upstanding members of the community. Their has been many problems in our world lately. COVID, supply chain issues, inflation, and insurance website hacks. Just too name a few. Like the rest of us, they do the best they can too serve the public, but some things are out of their control. "Have patience with your fellow man."

Todd and Holly are always helpful and professional. Great people to deal with!

Worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Horrible in every way. Been waiting two years to get an over night oxygen test for my dad after he was sent home with oxygen after heart surgery. I have called over 20 times and the doctors office has called several times as well. They are very rude and ALWAYS have a different excuse as to why they can’t provide what the doctor prescribed. I told them I was going to just bring the loaner oxygen machine back since they couldn’t send me the test and was told they wouldn’t take it because there was an order (from 2 years ago) that they hadn’t filled! Said they would need an order from the doctor to discontinue. I told the doctor last week that they still hadn’t sent the test and she informed me that she had sent a discontinue order to them 6 months ago and that it is Medicaid fraud since they won’t take it back. She sent another order to discontinue. I called to make sure they would be in the office today so I could return the machine. I was told that their internet was down and they couldn’t do anything. Another excuse! I would have just taken it but we live almost and hour and a half away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This place if you can ever get ahold of them or they call back is useless! Was ordered to be on cpap ASAP when I called was told since I was not just released from hospital I was low priority. Then the owner asked me to text my information to him and also stated cpap machines were very difficult to get so I would be waiting. Long story short ended up in hospital and was not allowed to go home without a cpap and wouldn't you know oddly enough one phone call and the medical place in Dover brought on to the hospital within 30 min. I had waited and forgot all about this place untill we turned into the parking lot and I saw his sign. Looks just as shakey as I had imagined after talking to this guy.

I am only giving a 1 star rating because there isn't a no star option. I have been trying to order CPAP supplies since last May. Every time I call, I'm given the run around and excuses. Three times in the last month, I've been told that my supplies will be shipped out in 3-4 days. Still no supplies. I called again today and was told that it was an insurance issue since I didn't order supplies last year.... Well I did, but I still haven't received them. Owner asked me what I wanted from him and I said "Some accountability would be nice. That you're overwhelmed and dropped the ball and are sorry! That you will make this a priority to fix!" But instead he replied that he is doing all he can. As a business owner, you would think that others opinions of you would matter. I told him to send my scripts elsewhere. Never will I deal with this place again.

Man named Todd is highly disrespectful. Rude to customers when they call in to check on their orders.

Long story short my mother was released from The James today (yes Christmas Eve) and was told to get ahold of Free’s medical and have oxygen delivered because she only had a small tank on her. I called and spoke to the rudest man ever. He said it was Christmas Eve and he was not taking any new customers and to take her back to the hospital. I was shocked. Extremely poor customer service. We contacted another provider and The James and within 2 hours all paperwork was sent to them and they were here to set up her oxygen. Do not waste your time or money on this awful place. There are much kinder people out there.

This is the worst business I have ever tried to deal with. Lie after lie we have called we have stopped in they are absolutely terrible was told a week or so for a C Pap it’s been 3-4 months we tried to support local but never will we use them again!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!! Lie after lie !!!!!!

Mr Free is a puke and I have no idea how or why he is still in business. He cheats honest hardworking people out of money and has no ethics or morals about him.

The place has went down hill, no help from Todd. He won't answer or return calls and acts like he doesn't care to help you. Randles is closed so I'm going to Zanesville from now on

Nebulizer machine ordered on Thursday. They didn't have any in stock. Said they would call when it came in. NEVER CALLED US. Should have gone to NORTHSIDE MEDICAL.

Rude and only think about theirself.
