The hotel is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Rooms are very clean. The location is excellent, close to the hospital and college. The staff is great, Dawn and Elise at the front desk have been great.

Excellent HGI property that lives up to the quality standards you'd expect.

The staff is particularly outstanding as I had a booking error (my fault) and they made sure I was able to get the kind of room I wanted.

Rooms are clean and you can tell the staff is trained to pay attention to detail. Plenty of parking.

If there was one item I'd take exception to is a lack of easy handicapped accessibility to the hotel from the non-handicapped designated parking area (you would need to go around to the road entrances if steps are an issue).

If you are looking for somewhere to have a group meeting, THIS IS THE SPOT!!

What an excellent experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. This was our 5th event in as many states, and this location hands down was the BEST we have been at for a group of 50 for 4 days of meetings.

It was simple from the first contact, to the Check out. Food service was outstanding! Food service during the meeting for drinks and snack was spot on. Customer service was truly wonderful, this team really cared about our team, they wanted us to feel welcomed, taken care of and happy.

We are going to Columbus for cancer treatments, and the hotel is perfect. The staff is wonderful! Michael is a one-man show for breakfast. But, his smile, charm, and hustle puts a smile on our faces. My wife actually looks forward to breakfast at the hotel!

Came in for a concert and the hotel was centrally located for us. The rooms were nice as well as the lobby. They had it off. Decorated really nice and the breakfast bar there a la carte was great

Everything in this hotel is excellent. Comfortable, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Special kudos to the breakfast guy, Michael! He’s personable, friendly, and very helpful. He cooks breakfast to order and does a great job! Thank you, Michael for a great experience and a yummy breakfast. 👍

A great place to stay when visiting Columbus! The hotel was clean, the staff helpful and of course the digital key is always a great feature. The pool is clean too, but a little small and it was cold. No hot tub.

Stayed there for a week for work, everything was absolutely clean, staff was accommodating and professional,a minor issues with my tub not draining but I let them know when I checked out it really didn't bother me enough all week to let them know until I left but overall I would stay here again!

Very nice Hilton Hotel close to OSU. Clean rooms, quiet, free parking, small bar on site, breakfast and dinner menu available. A bit on the expensive side and be sure to check the cancelation policy.

Stayed overnight when bringing son back to OSU. Have stayed elsewhere before but they keep giving us a different room than the kind we reserved. Our new go to will be this Hilton! Love the online check in and digital key. Hubby still likes to have a key card and it was easy to get one when we arrived. Loved that we could choose our room online, I mean actually choose what floor and the exact room, before arrival. This hotel also has a dining table with a tv in part of the lobby that families can use to have meals. That is really nice. Complimentary coffee in lobby 24/7. We did not partake of the breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, enjoyed the breakfasts staff was nice. Feel like they need more attention to detail on small things like picking up trash in parking lot and dirty flag, small stuff. They get the big stuff right as far as room cleanliness etc goes. Shower handle came off/ needs tightened in room 539, forgot to mention to front desk.

I am attending a professional event at the Hilton and using the conference space they have. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well lit. We had breakfast and lunch catered by the hotel, the food was fresh and made well. The catering staff were incredibly friendly and willing to look into information for food allergies. Coffee station was always clean and full, and the coffee was always hot. I would very much consider staying here if I were passing through. Spent time out in the lobby, there were very few people at night so it was easy to have a conversation and a drink. The conference room was either very hot other very cool, but the staff were very willing to adjust the temp to make sure our group was comfortable. Recently renovated rooms that are beautiful and clean, and the lobby has a great aesthetic and atmosphere.

CLEAN! SHUTTLE! BAR! POOL! HOT TUB! FITNESS CENTER! ROOM SERVICE!The entrance was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant and bar. There’s a nice patio attached to the bar. The outdoor furniture needed a good going over however in fairness we were there at the beginning of spring. We did find a large spot on our floor but we let the front desk know and they came and cleaned the carpet. We used room service. We let our 10 year old order and they were very polite to her and we didn’t have to wait long at all. This was our second visit and we again were very happy with it.

Perfect for a night away. Pool was nice and although the Jets were broken in the hot tub, we were still permitted to get in. The breakfast isn't that great for the price, but the room is why we stay! Awesome pillows, clean sheets, and super comfortable bed. EVERY employee was smiling and genuinely great at customer service. Even the maintenance guys! We highly recommend this place!

Great hotel!! Great attention to cleanliness which is always important, but so much more so during a pandemic. The staff was very friendly and the front desk even helped me print a parking pass we needed for me and my daughter to visit a local college. Overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The staff here is wonderful! They allowed me to switch accessible room types when another store did my needs better. Everyone was very friendly. No free breakfast; however, the breakfast was very good. Made to order eggs, plus waffles, pancakes, and other buffet style items. The restaurant itself was very good. The chicken wings were excellent, and the grilled vegetable pasta was very good. The caeser salad was pretty pain. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!! Very nice front desk crew, housekeeping was amazing. They really made my stay comfortable. My key didn’t work at the side door entrance that has a cover on key card reader made it a little annoying. They were paving the parking lot & my room was on the other side of the building so that was the only side entrance. But that wasn’t a biggie because the service was so great!!

Great hotel overall, we stayed for new year's Eve and got free transport to Short North area which saved us from getting an Uber. Most of all the customer service of the staff was what stood out. I believe her name was Lauren she was our bartender and also our waitress for breakfast in the morning, she was incredible and made great drinks, gave great service, and was fast. Also must mention all the food dinner and breakfast was very good!
Definitely will go back to this hotel when in the area again!
