Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

Excellent service in a timely manner. We have put 3 sets of tires on at this location and done numerous oil changes. We appreciate the discounts for having a Grismer card as well!! All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly thus making every experience enjoyable.

Outstanding service at this Grismer Tire location. Cory did an excellent job taking my call, resolving my tire issue and keeping me informed through the entire process -- took less than 1 hour. It's this type of service that keeps people coming back!

It didn’t take very many visits before you felt like family here at both Fairborn and Beavercreek locations. The staff is incredibly personal and truly care about you and your vehicle to which I’ve never had any negative experiences. Whenever I have an issue with any of my vehicles I never hesitate bringing it into Grismer as I completely trust the work they do. I know it can be tough to trust folks working on your car but you won’t have to worry here. I wish all vehicle maintenance shops were like them!

I called Grismer after none of the employees had showed up yet at a different tire place for a 0800 appt time. They got me right in and I was in and out of there in approximately 1.5 hrs. I spent the extra money I was trying to save on installation on them because they have their business in check. Thanks Grismer for your great service and for actually showing up for work. Unlike the competition! 😉

Really good techs and service desk personnel. Just one small glitch.When tires were rotated, tire pressure wasn’t checked or they were under inflated. Anyways, I went back the next day and it was fixed. I recommend the Grismer in Beavercreek.

Matt at grismer in beavercreek was awesome to work with along with the rest of the workers there. Everyone was very professional and did great work highly recommend everyone coming to this location. They have earned my business from here on out.

Went today for just a simple thing and Marcus was very kind and helpful. He even apologized on behalf of the one rude / short employee I encountered previously. The guys got my truck in and out quickly and even put my seat back in the short girl position. 😂 Will definitely return for their service.

Had issues with a ruptured front tire. Grismer was extremely helpful and friendly in getting us back up and running Including repairing the rim for free. Pointed out other areas of concern with no pressure to fix right away. This is my go-to place.

Always very pleased with the service here. The team members are very friendly and accommodating, and the service has always been prompt and thorough. Last visit I worked with Marcus and he was very helpful clearing up some confusion with my last visit, and my vehicle was ready within an hour.

They do a great job. They don't take advantage of me being a woman and giving me a laundry list of things that are wrong. They are very helpful.

Professional and helpful staff! One of the only places in the area that will mount tractor tires. Facility is spotless, which reflects the the positive attitude and attention to detail of the management team.

My old car repair place closed. I recently started working close to this store and several people recommended Grismer. My brakes were squeaky so I took my car in. Turns out I didn’t need new brakes but some other repairs were necessary and were completed. The manager, Matt took real good care of me. He was very nice and explained everything. I would like to thank him, and Dwayne for making the appointment. Very positive experience

I went here around 8am, after having went through a car wash. Hoping the scraping noise I heard was from ice surrounding the car tires. This wasn't the case. A guy at the car wash was able to look under my car to find that I had a plastic cover of sorts dragging on the ground.

Called this place and they said they would take a look. As long as I was patient with them with having a full schedule ahead of them for that day. I was told, just to lift the car up with their equipment and diagnose any other potential issue with the car, would cost around $75.

I signed the form and went outside. Not even 10min later, I came back and was told my car was ready. I went back in believing I would have to pay the $75. Instead, a cashier named Chris was very patient with me throughout the whole process and he told me that there wasn't going to be a charge today.

A technician named Travis was the one that took my car in and had it looked over. I'm definitely grateful for all staff addressing my concerns and needs.

Great experience. Even took me to work while they fixed my jeep. And very courteous.

Grismer in Beavercreek is always great! They always fully explain what needs fixed and make no pressure recommendations of items that may need addressed. We rely on them a lot to help keep our vehicles running smoothly.

These guys were amazing! I was getting ready to travel to Columbus and experienced a horrible vibration in my car. They squeezed me in and got me on my way within 2 hours and everyone was so nice and helpful. Matt was incredible!
