We booked several rooms as a group, and they were helpful with all arrangements and accommodations adding beds, etc. as required.
Rates were reasonable, better than other options in the area.

Everything seemed excellent to me, very good attention, in fact on the day of check out they gave us the possibility of leaving our suitcases in the lobby while we went for our last tour of New York and a few steps from the subway, the neighborhood was very quiet and without No problem, we were 11 people with 5 children and everyone was very happy, we threatened to return in the summer hahahahaha

We recently stayed at the Park House Hotel for Shabbos and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was spacious and clean - including the bathroom (which looked like it was recently updated). Judy and the maintenance staff were very helpful. We asked them where to go to get food for Shabbos and let us have the boxes delivered to the hotel even though we weren’t there to accept the delivery. The maintenance staff came to our room numerous times to help us with questions about the hot plate they lent us and questions about how to use the shower. They even delivered a tablecloth for Shabbos for us to use without us asking for it. The hotel is in a great location. There are many many shuls in the area and one avenue block away from great shopping. What suite lacked in hotel “pizazzaz” they made up in great service and general cleanliness.

When I stayed at the Park House Hotel I had one of the best experiences I've had in any hotel. The staff were very friendly & made sure my stay was magnificent. The room & bathroom were very clean and had lots of room to move around. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I checked out, I was a happy camper. Thank you to all the caring staff who made that possible.

I have 3 words about my stay at the Park House Hotel in Brooklyn – comfortable, courteous and convenient. The room was clean and spacious – it’s not a luxury hotel, but I didn’t expect one for the price that I was paying. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, and they gave some great recommendations for local attractions. The location was just what I needed – near food and shopping, and also close to public transportation so that I can easily get to other places around the city.

We stayed for a week. Beds were comfortable. Suite was spacious and kept very clean. Staff was extremely thoughtful and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, fresh fruit, and healthy salads, eggs, cheese, cereal, etc. Definitely plan to return. Hotel was quiet. WiFi was excellent.

We stayed over at the Park House Hotel in Brooklyn this January while JFK was closed because of the frigid weather. We were absolutely delighted with the accommodations. The service was five star and thanks to everyone at the front desk for helping us while we tried to get on another flight.

I have stayed at the Park House Hotel Brooklyn on many occasions which speaks for itself. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the breakfast is excellent
Location is a personal issue as it depends where you need to be but the hotel, whereas is in the centre of Borough Park it is in a very quiet location which is an extra plus

all the personal of Park house hotel extremely kind ready to help mattresses very comfortably it is like ur 1 bedroom apt dining table sofa in the salon there is a TV with out cable or even local weired channels. amazing breakfast...the manager solved my needs in less then 10 minutes I can say 5...she organized my 1 bedroom

My family and I stayed at the Park House for three nights about two weeks ago. I have only wonderful things to say about our stay. The staff was attentive to our needs and the rooms were large and spacious. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Brooklyn.

The suite at the Park House Hotel in Brooklyn was more spacious than most hotel suites I've stayed at. The neighborhood is packed with shops, so I didn’t have to go too far for anything. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and attractions. Although it's a bit of a trip into the city, the price was right and the subway ride gave me a chance to get a real New York experience!

I had a very pleasant stay. Great location. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Delicious abundant breakfast.

Awesome accommodations With Everything, starting from when we checked in on Friday afternoon, those king sized beds were very comfortable, and whenever I needed to go back to my room the receptionist was extremely nice to us.

What a stay! Was not sure what to expect with a hotel in Boro Park, but when i stayed there for the weekend I was blown away! Amazing accommodations, great staff! Would highly recommend, and have had many friends and family stay there upon my recommendation

The staff is so friendly and going out of their way to accommodate all your needs. Rooms are very nice and big beds are very comfortable pillows are a pleasure to sleep with .i definitely recommend this hotel
