Best Western Gregory Hotel

Room was a bit outdated as far as interior design but extremely comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomdating, was allowed to check in an hour earlier than normal. Location is prime as you are around a bunch of restaurants, stores, laundromats, etc. also, you have the subway right outside that connects you to Manhattan and other parts of NYC!

I was scammed by air bnb and Greg at the front desk was lovely and kind and helped us out! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Would book again!

Excellent experience, the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel offers old world charm, clean rooms and large very comfy beds. My family and I were in Bay Ridge for a memorial service for a brother who had passed away. Staff members we’re aware and went out of their way to express their condolences. I highly recommend

I've stayed at this hotel 5 times and have never had an issue. The rooms have always been clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean rooms. Attentive front desk. Great location, right next to MTA. Good for both business and vacation around NYC.

This was our home away from home while my daughter past. We felt like family. The breakfast is amazing the staff is so kind and accommodating the rooms are clean and beautiful and there is wonderful history and that building. The location is perfect for walking to both 3rd and 5th Avenue for dining options. It is a perfect spot and we will be back.

We had a great stay here at The Gregory 12 nights, staff was accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and stores, subway is a couple short blocks away from subway in fact you can see the subway entrance from Motel , we had no problems outside Motel either , I would stay here again for sure

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and responsive, and Xiamara at the bar is a total sweetheart. The location is between the 4th and 5th Ave bus lines and a couple of blocks from the 86th street R line (with an elevator if needed) and bus line. With plenty of great eateries in walking distance, If you are planning a stay in Brooklyn I highly recommend it.

Best (only hotel ) place to stay in Bay Ridge. Great location. Walking distance ( within a 1.5 miles) of most Bay Ridge restaurants and businesses. Bench outside where you can wait for Lyft. Covered entrance. Only one elevator. Offers breakfast and bar is open in evenings computer in lobby. Meeting rooms. Big screen TV with HMDI connection. Good Internet service. Comfortable beds

So I am from another state and called to make a reservation, and explained my situation ,and I had a service dog. They were very friendly on the phone the man that took my call, and the girl at the desk was very nice. The hotel is good price and very beautiful inside. Do wish they had a pool. But good other than that. We enjoyed it

A great place to stay! Nice accommodations, free breakfast and the staff are very helpful. Reasonable rates and the Hotel is in my own neighborhood! Plus it is within walking distance of a lot of stores for shopping and eating. An added bonus is it is near several bus stops and the subway.

A bit pricey on the weekends but I'd say average price during the week. They serve breakfast every morning which is included in the price. The rooms are kept clean and I really like the heating and air-conditioning vent because you can set the thermostat yourself. The hotel is located near 86th and 5th Avenue in Bayridge so you are near most of the shopping and food places in the area. I also like the idea that checkout is at 12 pm instead of the usual 11am.

Front Office Manger (Sonia) is a miracle worker. She is a pleasure to work with and found ways to accommodate our needs on short notice. The hotel is immaculate, a credit to all who work there.

Perfect hotel location. The bar is great, they have wonderful wine selection. The lady who works at the bar, her name is Xiomara is very warm and have great welcoming energy. We will be back with my husband for sure. Thank you Xiomara.

The Western was so clean. It was better than some 5 star hotels in the city. Lots of cute modern places to lounge around near the bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff and server was very nice and positive. I would definitely recommend it

Check in was a breeze. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Nice size room and very very clean. Had a great view. The entire inside and outside also clean and well kept. Great location. Price is right. Continental breakfast was good.

Went to the event space downstairs. The hotel is nice, bright and very clean. The staff that took care of the event were very professional and friendly. They made sure we were greeted at the front of the event room and directed us to the drinks. The hotel bar was quiet, but again very clean and inviting. Drinks there weren't too expensive and the bartender was also friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends when they come to visit Brooklyn.

I showed up a day before my reservation and the system got a bit screwed up, but the staff was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. I’ll stay here the next time I’m in New York just for the staff alone. Sonia, Justin, & XC really make this place shine.
