Me and my husband been coming here for a few months now and I love this place they are very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The stuff is great I would like to make a shout out to Erica who always takes good care of us and also keeps a smile on her face when some customers are rude and obnoxious.

So far this hotel has been very good! As of this review I've been here 3 of my 4 nights and all I can say is "I'll be back"! The rooms are nice, sheets clean, water extra hot be careful! I've see other reviews saying "it could use and update" for what this hotel is used for it's perfect. Bedbug free, clean sheets, hot water what more could you as for!

Location is key , definitely worth the price , rooms are clean , and being right next to Target helps !! 😜

I had a great experience in this hotel, they offer smoking or non-smoking rooms, the room was clean and tidy. Floors were swept and clean, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful would definitely promote her.

Rating given here is unreliable. One dude gave one star because a hotel clerk refused to give him a room so he could have sex with a girl who was looking like an under-aged. This hotel should have no less than 4.5 stars.
Anyhow, all front desk clerks, housekeepers, security guards are all friendly. Everybody is doing his/her work.
My room is clean. Hot water is really hot. No bedbugs. Will come back next time I visit New York from Georgia for a work assignment.
The Harbor is only 15 to 18 minutes walk to a subway station. A bus stop only a few steps away.
Parking is free if you have a car and it's safe. Other hotels don't even have free parkings available.
This is my 3rd time here.

I'm a housekeeper so I'm aware of our expectations. Irregardless to my room possibly being a VACANT room for a while...There's no reason BLOOD should be on the top sheets and the toilet was filthy.

The customer service is an OK. Workers here deserve a tips! They work hard and leave a tips before you leave. Don't be cheap! "A few dollars more" will definitely do the trick!

This place is a dream come true! The finest accomodations this side of the mississippi, and the service to go with it. Upon arrival the entire staff was out front in full uniform waving and smiling. We knew we were home. Delicious Refreshments and the tastiest of snacks were all around us as we rode the trolley to our room. Chimpanzees put our coats away in the closet, as monkeys laid out warm towels and massage oils. The tree outside our window filled with song birds and came alive. We breathed in eucalyptus fragranced air as the champagne glasses czme around. Cucumbers on our eye lids we wondered why we ever left.... Oh right, for drugs. Thats why we left. We ran out of drugs and the sex got weird. One of the hookers left and that weird girl ran out of smokes.. Anyways.. Thank god we made it back. Whew!!!

Clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and informative and very helpful. Parking is available. The overnight rates are affordable. My friend had a layover and this is suitable for such situations

Been coming here for awhile now and gotta say its really good service is great for the price and people are very friendly, some down flaws is sometimes it does smell like weed in the check in but its not like a really bad thing cause the hallways always smell good.

This place was clean affordable and the staff was very nice especially the ladies who work the front even the guy who works there clean. And they have smoking rooms just in case

Great old school feel not pricey at all if you pay in cash great 👍 sensational deal your in and out quickly and if you want to stay for 10 days great deal👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

They only do 4 hour stays. No overnights. But the rooms are always clean and you'll get your money's worth.

I work there an some of the customers are slobs and dont leave a tip they are nesty and no respect for the clerks or housekeepers some of them leave food and condoms we are not there mothers yes its our job to keep the rooms clean we have ppl to fix what is broken but some ppl come and abuse the room ... Just go in do ur stuff n btw there r garbage pales use them we work very hard so leave a tip for us to show ur appreciation smh and dont be pigs n we do have no smokin rooms when we leave the door open the ones that do smoke the smell gets into the room and as for the ppl that got arrested mayb they acted out of control they will b asked to leave first so dont lie ... Any way thank you

I love this place and use this place around 7 years, this place better than any Sheraton or Hilton hotels, everything is so easy, nice stuff, clean,whatever better than to be outside, recommend this place

Always courteous people to be in contact with them and never had to complain about them I rate them a 5 star
