I had a work trip in Cleveland and left my jacket back at home. I wasn't going to make it to the store in time to buy one, but the owners dropped off my order at my hotel!! The coat is so cute and I love it! I just want to say thank you so much to the owners of Intro Boutique because I would have been freezing without you. Absolutely ecstatic that I found this cute shop because I will be placing future orders here!! Thank you again so much!!!

Was in Cleveland with long time friend and walked by decided to go in. What an awesome store. The owners are so sweet and wonderful. Clothing and bags that were so unique. Bought a couple tops and a vegan bag which I love. I just ordered a few things online. Love this store.

Beautiful little shop. Nice shopping experience, associates are always so helpful and welcoming. Clothes are comfy but stylish, good array of color choices for everyone. I can always find something for myself as well as my mom. The vegan purses are awesome that may be my next purchase.

This store is so awesome! The ladies are friendly and just wonderful overall! Their vegan handbags are amazing (I have 2 now) and the rest of their boutique has the cutest clothes and accessories. This place is a must to visit when in Cleveland!

I am in love with this place. The fabrics and styles are so pretty. I typically have a difficult time with things fitting me the way I like but not here. Everything looked so good on that I had to purchase all the items I tried on. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful girls working there! Such cute clothes and also their mugs are sassy and adorable. I recommend their aluminium free deodorant, just smell a few samples and you'll see what I mean!

Had an amazing shopping experience here!! I am quite tall (5’11) and the owner stocks items that fit me!! I was pleasantly surprised to find a jumpsuit that reached my ankles.

Walked into Intro while waiting for my table at Barrio's, walked out with some adorable clothes!! They have such cute tops, accessories, and shoes. A lot of the items are made by local businesses. I can't wait to go back when I have more time to try on some of the dresses and shoes!!!

I bought some clothes for my sisters birthday and I really had no business being there since I’m a simple guy and I don’t understand sizes . Luckily a woman named Emily came to my rescue and was extremely professional and helped me buy the right clothes that fit my sister .
