Staff in Franklin Square B of A are very professional. My problem is the parking lot that has piled up garbage in the corners left by people eating their lunches from food stores around the corner. A rat was seen there several months ago. I hope management will have area cleaned frequently without customers having to constantly complain. I am a loyal customer for many years with B of A

This bank is not secure. 99 % of the time the door is unlocked. This is only an ATM and anyone can be hiding inside the vestibule waiting to rob you.
The doors needs to be replaced with regular bank doors instead of regular residential doors.

I went in to do a transaction and there is no teller at this location. Why bother having just a whole building for 2 atm machines.
