Just got off the phone with Jennifer Pohlman from United Business what a nice person. She was able to talk me through adding and deleting staff off our copier in the scanner mode. Showed me how to do other functions on my PC. Every time I call United Business they are so very nice and helpful and today after talking to Jennifer again this is what spurred me to do this review.

Installation of our new copier was flawless. Great team work - the install went as smooth as possible. All files were transferred to new copier. Install could not have gone any better. Thank you for making this a easy transition for us -- we really appreciate it.
