I had a great time. Our server Angel was great. The food was very good. My mojito unfortunately had a little too much mint. But overall a great experience.

Plenty of parking and right off the road.
Very happy with everything! Great, pleasant service, food and atmosphere. We were in between lunch and dinner, around 4:30. Our dinners came out fast and very hot and fresh.

Date Night! We love Mexican and I haven't been to Monte Alban in years. The menu and quality of the food has changed, and it was for the good. Our waitress was friendly and sweet, the food was amazing and we left so full and happy! We will definitely be back soon!

Monte Alban has earned its place as our favorite Mexican restaurant over the years, becoming a cherished regular spot for our family. We find ourselves drawn to its doors almost weekly, driven not only by the exceptional food but also by the warm, inviting atmosphere that has made it my young daughter's top choice.

The culinary offerings at Monte Alban are nothing short of exceptional. They make the best fresh guacamole dip in town! Just ask for "GUACAMOLE MEXICO" and hope that they serve it on a stone molcajete to get the full authentic experience.

I had the pleasure of introducing my brother, visiting from out of town, to Monte Alban, and his resounding declaration that it's the best Mexican food he's ever had speaks volumes about the restaurant's quality.

Despite being busy especially during the weekends, Monte Alban excels in providing timely and efficient service. It's remarkable how they manage to deliver delicious meals to the table promptly, making them stand out among the best in town. The staff, with their genuine friendliness, has transformed the restaurant into more than just a dining spot; they've become an extended family to us, adding a special touch to our frequent visits.

While the unassuming exterior might make it easy to overlook as you drive through Empire, Monte Alban is a true gem. The combination of outstanding food, prompt service, and a friendly staff makes it a standout.

If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant this place is great. The menu had a lot of unique options, the food is relatively inexpensive, and everything was delicious. My only complaint is that the food took a while to make but it’s normally crowded so I understand. This a great restaurant if you want something interesting.

This is our go to place. It never disappoints. Servers are so pleasant and enjoyable. The key is the food. It is consistent every time. Thank you for a pleasurable experience every time.

The burritos are super delicious! The interior is cute and fun, and the waitresses are very friendly! Highly recommend.

Best Mexican restaurant in Rochester! So authentic. Amazing tastes and amazing service. Loved everything and the food came out so fast!! We usually go to wash hands before and it was out before the 2nd group came back from the bathroom.

Overall, we loved dining here. The food was fantastic and our server was outstanding. She was helpful and friendly, but not pushy or checking on us too frequently. Just the perfect balance.

The atmosphere was a little loud, but not so loud to detract from our overall experience.

Service is excellent! We were with a group of friends, and we arrived at different times. The first arrivals chose a table that was too small. So the staff promptly and eagerly moved us to a larger table.

They replenished the chips and dips several times. I had the huevos and chorizo. It came with 2 tortilla wrappers, rice and beans. It was very good, but a little dry. My son had the chicken and spinach burrito. He gave it a 4.5 rating. My husband had the carne asada. He like it a lot and gave it a 5 star.

We were seated right away, and our food came out very quickly. The food was delicious the restaurant atmosphere is wonderful. Will go here again!

Service was good and the food was amazing! I ordered the la changa with chicken and I wasn’t sure what to expect since I can be a picky eater at times. It was so delicious and I’m already thinking about the next time I’ll be back! Spectacular food!

Our food was spectacular! We cleaned our plate empty. Thecrefried beans were so tasty ...never had good ones before. I had fkautas, my husband had a combo plate, and daughter had tacos. Delish! Cheesecake burrito with ice cream for dessert...enough for 3 people. Fabulous 🌟

Holy cow, this was delicious food. The menu offers more variety in flavor and ingredients than I’m used to seeing in Mexican restaurants and everything that came to our table looked, smelled, and tasted fantastic. Highly recommended!

Tonight (6/29/21), we had some of the best Mexican food ever in Webster! The service provided by “Thomas” was outstanding. That kid deserves huge support (and tip). I had the Carne Asada. Amazing. Highly recommended and ask for Thomas. Well done!

Busy Friday evening and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was super friendly and our food came out quickly. The Burrito Monte Alban was amazing, as was the mango margarita! Definitely recommend.

I always go to this location even though it is the furthest from me. Staff is very friendly and attentive, food and drinks are always incredible, and the prices are pretty good for the massive portions. I’ve never had a bad experience here - most recently I went in on Friday night June 9 and I believe my server was named Darianny? She was so kind and said “thank you” after every single interaction. Great service as always!

Food is always delicious. Waiter is always friendly and attentive. This is my go to place for delicious food!
