Shipping took a long time but the piece is beautiful!

Brought a sectional recieved it in January a lumber support broke in two months called in so it would be covered under warranty I gave them the info they replied a month later said they would send the part and cover up to a certain amount but I have to find a repair man which there was none 2 weeks later I called about the part they said they don't think I need it!!! Just a horrible experience. They sell furniture from Coleman's furniture and yes I also had to wait a long time 6 weeks for furniture to be delivered

Be prepared to wait for a long time before your furniture gets delivered with damage. Poor customer service. They only care about your money after you make the payment they make everything else very difficult. Returns they only give you 85% of your money back. I'm never ever shopping here again I'll rather pay $500 more elsewhere and get my stuff early and in good condition.
