I called the Greenwich store to inquire about a couple of products and quickly received knowledgeable answers from Hunter, a helpful young man. I thanked him and Eli, the polite, helpful clerk at the counter.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I received this week buying a new grill. I was told detailed information on caring for the grill and even some advise on how the old one could be repaired. Since I was not into buying new parts etc. I chose the new Weber grill, which was delivered and they removed the old one. This made things so easy and I was able to use it immediately. All this service was done cheerfully and courteously.

I stop into Aubuchon often and Aaron & his staff always ask if I need any help everytime, they are so friendly. This store has a wide variety of merchandise and typically have whatever I'm looking for.

Kudos to the staff at our Greenwich Aubuchon. During their busiest moment I have ever seen, the staff worked diligently to checkout the customers in the most efficient way possible. When the rush subsided their concern for the customers that waited for a couple minutes weighed heavy on them. I assured them that their efforts were recognized. Every register was covered and the staff served their customers with the sense of urgency and friendliness.

Placed an online order. Was ready on-time and got a great price.

I had a problem with a product, there was something missing from the package and you salesperson resolved it quickly with a replacement. It was good.

Seth is awesome!! Great customer service and super friendly. He helped me find the products I needed. He definitely made my day better! If you’re thinking about going to a hardware store, definitely go out of your way for this one. You will not be disappointed!!

Max, was a great help. I walked in and said I needed help starting a project. He was helpful, and knowledgeable. When I walk in I always get a friendly, "Hello!" I love the home town family feel. The place is also clean, and organized. Their product supplies seem fully stocked. I appreciated that they are ready to help me no matter how silly the question.

I placed an online order for GE II silicone caulk. The item was available quickly and accurately. The caulk worked great. No issues.

Don't bother to ask. These guys are great and when they are not you'll be the first to know.

I ordered supplies for an upcoming storm from aubuchon on line . I received 30% of my order which sure helped in these trying times. My order was ready in less than an hour. When I arrived it was ready for pick up and Aaron carried it all to my car for me! Greenwich Aubuchon has such great employees and are always so very helpful :)

They have most of what is needed for my projects in the house and around the property at a reasonable price and close by. The staff is always friendly too.
