Tom was Fabulous. I was under the gun for Homeowners Insurance. Tom was quick to respond and completed everything within hours. I highly recommend using Tom at State Farm in West Milford.

Tom and his team have been taking care of all of my insurance needs for years. They recently contacted me about some upcoming changes to one of my life policies. I made an appointment and we sat down together to discuss my options and made sure I will continue to have my insurance needs met long into the future. Easy, fast and affordable. I wish I had come to TJ ages ago instead of using others for my husband's business account. Now I just need to transfer everything else to him 😆

My home caught on fire in Jan. of 2022 and it was devastating. It happened on a Sunday afternoon. Before the fire department had finished I received a call from Thomas Ziegenbalg, my State Farm Agent, to let me know not to worry that he already had funds available for me for whatever I needed for housing, food etc. What a relief! State Farm assigned a claim agent specialist, Eric Miranda, who like their add says "like a good neighbor, Eric is there" He worked with me all of the way to make sure that all of my repairs were taken care of. I call him by his first name because I feel that he is a FRIEND not just an agent. I cannot thank Thomas Ziegenbalg and Eric Miranda from State Farm Insurance, enough. Great job State Farm

I called Tom for a Auto and home rate as my renewal rate was high from Liberty. He saved me 1000 on Auto and 300 on home owners so I switched and what impressed me was when I received the ID cards they placed in plastic holders ready for the glove box. I highly recommend him old fashion customer service and answers his phone. Call him it's worth it!!!

Tom and his staff are very helpful and professional. I've been working with them for over 2 years and everyone there is friendly and easy to work with. Kelly, Mary, Danielle, Judy and Tom's 2 sons Dave and TJ are all a pleasure to work with. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Highly recommend giving them a call. In regards to how Tom helped me, he navigated me through all the multi line discounts they offer and what would be best for me.
