Facility is easy to get to, and the staff are super friendly. Any questions were answered enthusiastically and politely. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing help.

I needed a hearing test so I could order new hearing aides from HI innovations. This is a group of hearing aide specialists that works with Medicare. My hearing aides cost me approximately 600.00 out of pocket. They worked very well and I was very pleased. However after 3 years I lost one. In order to replace my aides, I needed to have my hearing retested. I called Adirondack Audiology and told them I needed a hearing test. I was then asked where i had gotten my prior aides. When i told them,their response was "we don't deal with those people". Personally i would rather go on a cruise than have $6,000 hearing aides. I believe their response is called "denial of care"
