AT&T Store

Alex was EXTREMELY helpful in store and was able to go above and beyond my expectations. He helped me lower my bill by adding a promotion I didnt know I was even eligible for and was also able to accommodate a second visit to complete my transaction. Excellent customer service by far and will continue to go here for all my ATT business.

Went into the store today and recieved help from the manager. She was so welcoming and very attentive. I couldn't figure out how to seperate my cloud from my husband's. I've been trying since last week and I finally decided to go in for help and she was happy to do so. The atmosphere was wonderful and she was even helping another customer while still helping me. I would definitely come back to this store for any issues or new services with AT&T!

Josie was absolutely fantastic and is an asset to AT&T. Wish every store had a Josie. Thank you so much for making our transition as easy and seemless as possible. I will definitely make the trip to work with her in the future!

I went in and was greeted promptly . The service was excellent, all of my questions were answered by Karla the assistant manager of the location .i recommend all AT&T customers to visit this store for the experience of quality service

What a terrific shopping experience! Ebony, the consultant was soooo patient. She was able to explain my new phone so that I could understand it. I’m not a techie and I get easily overwhelmed. If I had had to do the data transfer by myself I’d probably end up throwing the phone in the trash out of sheer frustration. ATT is fortunate to have such a capable and personable employee. Three cheers for ATT and three cheers for Ebony!

Visited this location today for an upgrade since my phone wasn't even close to good enough for my online gaming. The Manager was so helpful and super nice. She was helping this lady that was kind of rude to her but was nice the whole time still. The other employees that were there were really friendly too and helpful. The guy there was wearing these funny shoes and everyone was laughing. Just a great vibe and awesome people.

I went here and the young lady Josephine helped me so much. I was nervous about switching over because I've been with my old company for so long. But she made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel like just a costumer. She was extremely professional. Went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied before I left and I didn't feel pressured at all. I went over to Monroe Ave because College Town had already closed. It was a race to get there before 8p but Ebony said she would wait. Although i made it before 8p, upon arriving she greeted me so sweetly, she even patiently waited for me to become an authorized user on the family account. No stress, no mess. She was kind, sweet and patient. I highly recommend this store! And of course Ebony

I signed up for AT&T at a table event and some mistakes were made with the confusion of transferring over multiple lines from my prior service. I went into the store at 3122 Monroe Ave to figure things out and was helped by the manager Ivanka. She was unbelievably helpful in correcting the wrong information on the account. She was friendly and informative and took extra time to make sure that everything had been worked out to my benefit. She even stayed late past the end of her shift to make sure that everything was correct and we were taken care of. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends, coworkers, and family if they ever need help switching to AT&T.

Ivanka, the store manager is amazing! Just like the older couple she had helped before us in the store said, I’d want to give her 20 stars if possible! Her professional knowledge, work ethics, and dedication to customer service are truly unparalleled. We have been unable to unlock my daughter’s iPhone (fully paid) by ATT. My daughter lost her cell phone service as a result and I almost lost hope after spent hours and hours over the phone with multiple ATT customer service representatives who was unable to give us an answer what went wrong and how to resolve the problem. We are beyond grateful that Ivanka went out of her way to help us, willing to take on such a difficult complicated problem by calling multiple people and explained to us what went wrong and helped my daughter to get her cell phone service back. We cannot thank Ivanka enough for her dedication to her work and ATT customers!

Caleb greeted us on arrival with a pleasant and profession demeanor .
My husband snd I each purchased new phines and other amenities with Caleb’s help. .
Throughout the orocess ihe was pleasant, professional snd informative Keep him on staff! He’s excellent at his job!

Yvonne B was wonderful. When i first walked in she told me she had a few waiting and it would be about 30mins. Gave me time to grab coffee, when i went back in she was ready to help and got everything resolved. Such an amazing experience at the Pittsford store. Thank you Yvonne!

Andrew did an excellent job with helping me set my new phone up and transferring over stuff from old phone. He did a great job with the recommendations for accessories. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I’ll be coming back here again and recommending friends and family to this location.

Amazing customer service. Kelly and Armis were unbelievably helpful. They took the time to not only set up my new Note20 but then switched over my girlfriend and her two daughters to AT&T service with three iphone11s and then hooked me up with AT&T TV. I can't believe the patience and knowledge these two ladies had. I am thankful for your store and employees. I would recommend this store and Kelly and Armis to anyone. Thank you again.

I had a phenomenal experience at this AT&T location. I brought in a broken phone and expected to suck up paying for a new one and to be on my way. However, thanks to two staff members, Jett and Andy, I left with an upgraded phone, a free apple watch, a cheaper phone plan with an included HBO subscription, and a First Net SIM card after enrolling in their offer for first responders. It was incredible! Jett and Andy were so helpful in making sure I had the best price for my phone and plan upgrade. They even stayed well after closing to assist me in the setup! I was truly impressed with their customer service and will return to this location anytime I have additional tech needs. Thank you!

AT&T prepaid is a nightmare! A shameful nightmare actually.
