The staff here was super friendly and helpful. There were only 2 or 3 employees in the store but they were doing an excellent job at taking care of customer as well as helping at checkout. I bought my first bird cage as well as some accessories and received great recommendations from them.

We brought our Siberian Husky here in April of this year based on good reviews. I always check all reviews before deciding where to bring my dog.The groomers did a fantastic job on Jack’s coat. It took quite a few months for him to start shedding again! Highly recommend! They did a very thorough job, and even went above and beyond!

Really enjoy the prices and selection from here. The reptile collection is great and where I picked up my chameleon. They set me up with everything I needed and she’s been growing and getting stronger everyday. Couldn’t be happier with this place, I’ll be coming back when I expand my reptile habitat and start my salt water tank.

I got my pups annual shots today. I like their new schedule system online it was an easy process - in and out in about 15 minutes.

Come here mainly for fish. Helpful staff. Look out for good deals. New marine animals arrive Tuesday.

Best experience on my pet shopping at Edison, NJ store. Very professional staff. Fernando helped me all the way on the process of buying my son's Blue Tongue Skink (Kip). Always a great grooming experience for my dog! Colleen is top notch, she really cares about her clients, humans, and animals. My dog is always so happy to see her. In my opinion I couldn't find a better groomer than Colleen.

I live very close by to this location. Not until just recently have I realized this location was even here. But I absolutely love this store. All the employees are very welcoming. We went one day to look at fish so we can start up our fish tank and Amanda was there that day. She was very nice and super informative. Amanda knew what she was talking about. Told us what we needed to start up a fresh water tank and even helped my 3 year old pick out some very pretty fish. She was very gentle with my son. Let him help her bag the fish with a rubber band. I will forever come to this location only. I have never received such wonderful service anywhere else. Thanks Petco and thank you Amanda. Our tank looks Quite beautiful!

Clean and organized store. The associates were extremely polite and available to provide information that was requested.

The lady who took care of me got me some coupons in everything I bought.

Well stocked. The one manager assisted with coupon issue and handled customer service on the phone so I didn't have to.

I’ve never used a Petco for grooming but my groomer wasn’t taking an new pets. So, I didn’t know where else to take my new pup! I decided to give Petco a try and I’ll be continuing Lady’s appointments with Angelica. She was wonderful with lady- very patient with her. Lady loves other animals but it sometimes skiddish with most people. Angelica got down to Lady’s level and let Lady calm down and come to her.

At 4.5 months Lady was FINALLY able to get a bath!

This Petco store in general is amazing- I can’t say nice enough things about this location, specifically how sweet the employees are!

I had to return some fish filters and wasn't sure of the correct size. Jay, one of the stores start employees went above and beyond to find out what filter i had and what filter it took. This quality of person is rare these days and commands much respect. Im a great judge of character i feel and you could tell just by the guys eyes he was focused and really wanted to help. Jay should get a raise and promoted to manager asap. Hopefully the other employees take notice of his work ethic and this store could superceded its expectations and be more than what it already is.

Workers were really helpful. Woman by the fish gave good advice and helped me pick. Even the cashier asked my questions to be sure if the fish I got would be okay. They really care & know their stuff at every Petco I go to

Excellent selection and great service.

I went in to stock up on some food and treats for my pitty Spike I was suggested to sign up for the vital care which ended up being a total nightmare to do we tried on the app on the website on my phone but then it died Ugg I couldn’t win…lol that is until the store manager got involved he was absolutely amazing so patient and super helpful he himself tried so many times to sign me up in the end he called customer service and stayed on the phone till the problem was resolved in the end it was actually the website having an issue so for the super long wait he gave me the discount I would have got if I would have been able to sign up plus he threw in another coupon for $20 off my order Eric Brownstien and his team over at Petco on Rt 1 south in Edison are so awesome and very helpful glad I went in
