Old School Pub & Grill

Visiting from New Jersey, we hiked in the area and then went to this pub and grill. The two female bartenders/waitresses were super friendly and attentive. We got two drinks, one appetizer and two entrées. Everything on the menu looked so good and was very yummy! 😋

LOCAL GEM. I challenge you to find a better restaurant burger anywhere! These guys put a lot of love and thought into what they do. Brioche bun, but not just any common brioche bun. The perfect one for a juicy hamburger. Plus thick cut, flavorful, bacon. And a thick creamy slice of American Cheese (Note: $2 OFF each hamburger when NY teams are playing. Plus $5 OFF on wings!). The Sweet Potato fries were perfect. Fries and Onion Rings good (nothing special BUT solid and not greasy). The Long Island was one of the best I’ve had. Fun Localized Drink Menu. Service was attentive and patient. Limited Seating so best for groups between 4-6 people max. 1 Pool Table. Patio Dining Available. I must try. Shout out to Bella for taking such great care of us. Update: Went again 03-15-24. Burger not half as good as last time. Place smelled (needs more fresh air). Long Island still good.

Such a good pub. Food was great, really good chicken parm and the best LIT I’ve ever had. Bartender was a man with dark hair and he did a great job managing the entire bar and our table. He kept our table clean and our drinks full. Try the corn bites!!

Was looking for a bar to catch a drink or two in this little town of west Milford & I googled & went to this bar & it was an incredible response out there, the bar was all packed with the live karaoke happening as well as people playing Pool. Altogether it was a goodnight.

The Old School Pub is a wonderful community restaurant and bar with friendly service! Bella, Tina, Courtney, Jeff, Amanda, Eva, and the entire staff are quality servers who foster a very hospitable environment for celebration and relaxation. Tina and Courtney make great margaritas on Tuesdays as well!!

Great bar!!! Always great live music and the bartenders are very friendly. Courtney makes a great bloody Mary on Sundays. Also love going to karaoke with Tina and Courtney on Tuesdays.

The world stops when I'm at Old School. Great souls come here. Karaoke by Noel is awesome. Food is amazing 👏. Love listening to Freddy sing. Coolest bartenders 😎 in the world.

This is where I take lunch at everyday practically and I absolutely love the environment and the people that frequent it. I couldn't have found a better place to spend my lunch at. This place embodies the very essence of what the mountain has to offer. I love you Bella and the staff and I can't wait to spend the next 16 years with you guys

For a place that looks like every other local dive bar you've ever been to, this place has surprisingly good food. Try the gyros. They're top notch.

Old School is a great chill place to grab a drink in normal times but they have stepped it up during COVID. Their outdoor seating area is so cool. Looks amazing. I found out their new table tops are all hand made with reclaimed wood. Local artists painted the new murals. AND THE FOOD!!! I don’t know who their new chef is, but this stuff is good and fresh. I got a thanksgiving wrap, which a lot of places put too much stuffing in but this was just the right mix of stuffing, gravy, turkey and cranberries. The sweet potato fries were hand cut and fried to perfection. This place is TERRIFIC!

Dorothy is the best bartender around. Made us feel at home and comfortable, food was good service was exceptional, beer cold and shots good. We will be back. Happy little place with good 70"s and 80" s music.

Good food good drinks. This bar features pool tables outside seating. You can buy 6 packs to go. Also some nights they have live music. Popular hangout spot for locals! If your looking for a fun hangout spot this place is best in the area.

First time there and it was just a wonderful night. The service was excellent. Food was amazing and drinks 🍸 perfect. I loved the outdoor atmosphere. The decor is rustic and beautiful. Can't wait to go back.
