We had a great experience with Queen City Cabinetry! We did a total remodel of our kitchen and it came out absolutely amazing, we couldn’t be happier. What a great experience we had with Q.C. Cabinetry. It started 2 years ago when I was going to another store in the complex which hadn't open yet. I was heading to the little coffee shop to kill some time when I saw the Q.C. store and decided to head there seeing as we had future plans to do our kitchen. I spent over an hour with Mike discussing all types of options. He was so informative as well as a great personality! He never hesitated to help me even though I told him the kitchen project wouldn't be for another year or so. When the time came we met Bryan at our house for measurements. He was equally as wonderful. He gave us great ideas for the kitchen which we hadn't thought of. Everything they did was perfect!! Who can say that when it comes to a renovation?? They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, had their tile installer show up when they said he would and even made a few decisions to better the project. Then there was John! He was ALSO great. He put up with my phone calls, changes and worries (although they were foundless). He was also the person you pay. Most of the time I called him to pay my bill instead of the other way around!! Fabulous company, excellent quality, professional, friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with my cabinets. Excellent quality and they look better than I could have imagined. Bryan did a wonderful job installing the cabinets and was very professional and paid excellent attention to every detail. Mike and John are wonderful to work with . They took the time to understand what we needed and were very patient and kind. I would highly recommend Queen City Cabinetry !!

t was a pleasure to work with Queen City Cabinetry on the remodel of our kitchen. Bryan, Mike and Crystal were very customer service oriented & professional which goes a long way. Any question or concern we had was always followed up in a timely and professional manner. The design expertise was very beneficial so the whole project did not seem overwhelming to us. The vendor management and quality was also outstanding. The project timeline went off without a hitch which is quite impressive on a project this size. We were so happy with the quality outcome! High marks on customer service, design, vendor management, quality and just great people to work with! Hoping to remodel our spare bathroom next 😊

I had a great experience working with Mike to order custom cabinets and countertop. We decided to order through them and install the cabinets ourselves, with them installing the granite. They were very informative on what our options were, responsive to all communication and patient with our slow decision making.

We had chosen Queen City Cabinetry because they are a distributor for Wellborn forest cabinets, which we had some installed and wanted to match - and we're glad we did!

We used Queen City cabinetry at the recommendation of our contractor. The cabinets were professionally installed and within 1 week we started to have paint failure. The cabinets were warped from the factory with 50% of the doors needing to be replaced right off the bat. That is not including the completely different color doors we received for our set that needed to be swapped out. The corner cabinet the entire face was so warped the entire cabinet had to be replaced, which included removing the cabinets beside it to get it out, damaging the walls and other cabinets around it. The paint was repaired professionally 3 times now and still the same issue. I wasted over 10 thousand dollars on these cabinets and the only excuse they could come up with was a “staff shortage due to ICE taking their immigrant workers.” 10/10 would NOT recommend. Should have gone with Home Depot or lowes. Embarrassing.
