Very pleasant experience. They had shoes I wanted in the regular bin and clearance. Staff were exceptional!!

Always the perfect go-to place for me to shop or in store pickup. There is so much to pick from. And excellent coupons to return 👏

A great experience, good selection, and amazing staff. These people went above and beyond to help us, I also over heard a mother customer who was trying to return something and their system was changed or something and the staff was super helpful for the other customer too. Best place to get shoes.

(TLDR, very good customer service after buying pair of defective shoes.)
I bought a pair of shoes 2 months ago, and they already ripped. I went into the store and spoke with the assistant manager Jenny (I didn't know she was the assistant at the time), and explained to her I spoke with the online chat and they told me to come in store and speak with someone about returning them. Since it had been 2 months and I had worn them (and couldn't find my receipt), she said I should contact the DSW customer service support and see what they said. She also said the chat people aren't very helpful and give incorrect information. I called, and they were able to provide me with my receipt and told me to go in store and speak with a manager and explain that I spoke with them (lo and behold, I later found my receipt.) I called the store, and Jenny told me I could come in and I would be refunded. She was very pleasant and helpful, and even the customer service was very helpful! I'm giving the 5 stars because it's not their fault the shoe was defective, and they were very kind through the whole process.

We bought a pair of shoes off the clearance rack, then realized when we got home that they were slightly different (hi vs. low top). We went back and Jenn was so helpful to find the alternate shoe. Katie who checked us out did her job but it was literally a 1/2 inch difference so hardly noticeable. They all quickly helped to find the mix-match even though things were packed up for the night. Amazing customer service.

Amazing place with tons of choices for shoes. Visit the clearance areas for additional selections with deeper discounts. Staff is nice, helpful, and with a smile. Have fun. Be patient because there is much to see. Enjoy it. Happy shopping.

I wish they had more of a selection for business casual shoes. I can’t really wear stilettos at work, although they have some beautiful ones. The selection of flats is good (Anne Klein Sport flats didn’t need any breaking in, so I would recommend them). I am looking more for some closed toe booties or closed toe wedge heels to mix up my wardrobe. Customer service here is great. All the girls are helpful and friendly.

Always a great place to shop for a great shoe deal you never know what you'll find and stock is constantly updated.

DSW has a great selection. They even carried the shoes I wanted to get for my new job, ones that hopefully according to my research will make standing ten hours on concrete a bit easier. Not only that, the shoes were fifteen dollars less than I'd have to pay online or in the main retail outlet for this brand. It's our second time getting shoes there and we are quite happy with what we got.

Very clean and well organized, the employees were attentive but not annoying or hovering. Will come back.

I needed to return a pair of boots because they were just a little too tight. But, I had already worn them outside so they could not be re-sold again, not as new anyway. I told manager Danny and front end clerk Rebecca my issue and that I wore them outside for a day. Danny was quick to accommodate, take the return and allow an exchange for the next size up. He did ask that (next time) I wear them inside longer if I wasn’t sure of the fit.... up to 60 days if needed. That’s good to know!

Five stars +, excellent service. I’ll be back for sure.

Great staff! Really make and effort to help you get what you want. I had a shipment problem that wasn’t their fault but they still did everything they could to help out to find the shoes I needed in time for an important event. Special shout out to Danny and the rest of the staff :)

Great customer service. You can request shoes that are not in stock be sent to your house. Huge selection so something for everyone.

They always have good sales. I also get coupons in the mail and they let you stack a 20 off 50 purchase and a 5 for your birth month. Lots of shoe options for men.

DSW in Nashua is at great location very clean and well stocked store. Ample parking. Close to other stores for your one trip shopping 🛍

Got some great shoes from here that were on sale that I had actually wanted for the last month! Very happy with them and the staff is very friendly!

Thanks for having public restrooms open during this pandemic. Because you were so polite to me I bought 3 pairs of shoes instead of just the one I needed. Really good staff here.
