My husband and I used to have Verizon but switched over to T-Mobile because of their great deals, service and because unlike Verizon they answer their phones. We liked working with Alora because she is knowledgable about all things that involve cell phones, data plans, services etc. And best for us, she was extremely patient. She was outstanding!

Awesome customer service experience! I went in to upgrade to the iPhone 14 and the entire sales/ service team was exceptional from start to finish and made the process so easy. It’s pretty rare to receive exceptional customer service now and this store is hands down delivering the best service. Deja, Spencer and another young dude all happily answered questions, provided suggestions on a case and screen protector that was really helpful. They are very nice and knowledgeable and seem to have a great team energy there. Highly recommend.

This is hands down the best T-mobile experience I've ever had. Jonathan took care of me and stayed 2 hours after closing time doing a warranty exchange. In the mid time talked me into getting T-mobile home internet which I'm glad he did, with it I'm saving money and got my phone fixed. Thank you so much keep up the great work!

Spencer, Christian and Jon were absolutely amazing with helping my mother and I update her phone. They made the process super easy, and made sure to explain everything in a way that my mother (who is not as tech savvy as me) could understand. They offered her multiple options of phones/plans to fit her needs and were overall great to converse with. Would highly recommend these individuals and this store to friends and family!

I went to the Bedford T-Mobile store to get the latest iPhone that I was entitled to with my account. Spencer was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in getting it set up. He helped me choose the proper accessories that I needed. He did a perfect job, he even went above and beyond by going out to my car to set the phone up on my bluetooth, which was a great help. I am a very satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend Spencer's services at this store.

Transferred my family account from AT&T who could not accommodate my simple add a line to my existing family plan. The guys Christian and Spencer (the guy who wears the leather T-Mobile jacket) were both extremely helpful and a credit to the T-mobile store in Bedford, NH. Plus they offer a veterans discount and allowed us to trade our older model iPhones for credit against newer iPhone’s. So overall after being at AT&T for over 12 years and a former employee, my bill is still $60 dollars cheaper a month. Can’t say enough nice thing about my experience there. No difference in coverage either.

Spencer was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable and helpful and efficient. I came to get a wireless router for home Wi-Fi, and left with the router and a new cell phone plan that was faster, and saved my family more than $50 a month! I was so impressed by the customer service at the store. Keep up the great work :)

I could not be happier with the service I received from Michael while trying to resolve an issue with a damaged iPhone. I recently ordered an iPhone 13 through the T Mobile website and when I received it the flash/camera was not working. I tried to resolve this issue with a customer service representative and was assured that I could swap out the damaged phone at a local T Mobile. Simple, right? Not the case at all. Michael worked diligently and professionally for nearly two hours with me and a corporate customer service representative, who quite frankly was rude and unapologetic. He did not have to do this as I did not purchase the phone from him. Ultimately, I was able to swap out the damaged phone. There is no way I could have accomplished this on my own. I am extremely thankful to Michael for advocating for me and finding a solution! He truly understands the value of building relationships. I will definitely seek him out with future sales and issues and I recommend you do as well! Thank you Michael!!

My wife and I went in to add our phones to an existing T mobile account. We arrived a bit late to the store, but I have to say I was more than pleased with the way Spencer and Michael treated us. Not once did they make us feel like they were trying to hurry us up. Instead they were extremely patient with us, and they went above and beyond to help us get our phones transferred in. Even when we had nothing but issues from our other carrier they were there patiently helping us. We left the store with everything working properly, and we cannot even say how appreciative we are of them for their exceptional customer service. We look forward to being T-Mobile clients for many more years. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service, take the drive to this store it will be worth your while. Once again thank you guys for showing us that there are still stores who care about their clients.

My bride and I went to the T-Mobile store in Bedford NH. Alora and Spencer are very knowledgeable and friendly. We transferred our service from Verizon and purchased new iPhone 13s; they were very patient walking us through our plan options and managed the whole transfer while we were in the store. Really great customer service.

Hi, I’ve gone to the Bedford T-Mobile store twice so far and Spencer, the assistant manager, helped me both times. Just wanted to say I had great experiences both times. I went in with my iPhone I just got on line and Spencer helped me with it the first time. The second time there were some errors on my bill, when I changed my plan, and he took care of that, as well. He is very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I’ll be going back there for any future purchases or any issues that may arise. He took care of any questions I had and any problems that needed addressing. There is another associate who works there who is also very helpful and pleasant. Her name is Alaura. She also helped me over the phone with any questions I had. Both were very patient and a pleasure to deal with. If anyone needs to visit a T-Mobile store I would recommend the Bedford, NH store. I give it a 5 star!

Came in to the T-Mobile in Bedford NH to get a new phone plan. We had a great experience with Spencer, Michael, Alora switching over our accounts from outside providers and helping us transfer everything over. It was a very painless experience! I had got a new iPhone 14 that’s eSIM only. I had a 13 pro that I was using with a SIM card through straight talk. I wanted above all to keep my phone number and Deja at the Bedford store made it happen for me! Even after already having set up the account with someone online, she spent a good hour patiently helping me, even while I had to contact straight talk. Because of her help
I am able to enjoy my new iPhone with my old number now on eSIM. I am one who is big on customer service and she hit every point. I am a new happy T-Mobile customer getting better customer and cellular service and that to me is worth paying a little more for! Thank you again Deja and T-mobile!!

My wife and I needed to upgrade our iPhones and Spencer was terrific. There was some sort of issue which made the upgrade take a while, but Spencer kept us up to date on what was happening and reassured us that whatever the problem was he would fix it. And he did. Fantastic experience and I’m really glad this store is near our home.

I went into sprint (Colby court location) and was greeted by Travis. Mr.Travis was a very helpful associate when I upgraded my phone from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11. Travis is very knowledgeable of all the products in the store and was able to answer any/all questions I had while upgrading. The process was very quick and well worth the wait. Mr.Travis is an incredible associate!!!! Highly recommend going to this location if your gonna either switch to sprint or if you want to find a store that will benefit ALL your needs!!

Waited 2 hours for AT&T to give me a transfer pin which they did not do. Spencer and Shauna helped me switch my line over without my carriers help. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this store, they are willing to help even when your own carrier won’t.

Spencer was by far the best representative I have ever dealt with. He was by far the nicest most respectful representative I have dealt with. He was able to help me with my phone issues and able to give me a credit after the other t mobile store refused to return my phone.
You guys are very lucky to have him.

I just want to take a moment and really share how helpful Travis and John were. Both of them were more than helpful in activating my Samsung Note 10 plus. Regardless of who entered the store they made sure to make me feel serviced and helped me through the entire process. They offered me great advice and went out of there way to suggest the best way to get to know my new phone. Both travis and john were very approachable and made sure I was completely taken care of. I truly recommend you go to there location to receive GREAT service. Sprint should be proud to have them as representatives!!
