I first contact this company in the beginning of August. I called several times, as the ad had said to, and didn’t receive any answer for the number that I called. Instead I received a text message over a day later from a different number from a man who said he worked for Mike. I was able to confirm this and view an apartment (a different a place than was listed, because the ad I was responding to was an older ad that Mike hadn’t taken down). The man I dealt with then was fantastic. He was polite, respectful, and responsive. I reached out in the beginning of the month the of another apartment that Mike had listed. This time I was dealing directly with Mike. He would never actually answer the phone when I called. He always let it go to voicemail and usually called me several hours later. When I was finally able to schedule a showing for the apartment other people that were viewing the place were late. They ran into my time by several minutes. I was patient and waited. After seeing the place I asked he thought I’d be hearing back. I went to see this place Saturday the 18th. He said his goal was Monday, the 20th. So I waited all of Monday and didn’t hear anything back. I called around 2:30pm and left a message. I received a text back saying that he still hasn’t made a decision yet, but hopefully the next day. I texted him around 3pm the next day and didn’t receive any sort of response. I called yesterday and, of course, left a message. When he finally called me back he told me that he had already rented out the apartment. And that the only thing working against me was my credit (which he website previously said wasn’t an issue). He asked if I wanted to see the other place that he had just listed. I was hesitant at first, but I said okay. He said that he would call me back in a few minutes to schedule a showing. He didn’t call me back. Instead he texted me asking when I would be available for a showing today (Friday the 24th). I asked what time would work best for him. He said 10:10 am. I told him that worked for me and he responded with an emoji. He didn’t reach out to me at all today to confirm or cancel, so I assumed out meeting was still on. I was running a couple of minutes late and texted him in the car at 10:11 that I would be there in 2 minutes. As I was getting out of the car at the destination he texted me saying “ Didn't hear from you, can't wait longer. I have strong appls in already anyway, sorry.” He texted me this at 10:13, literally as I was getting out of the car. I tried to text and call him but of course he didn’t answer. So I had to wait in the pouring rain to figure out what to do. I’ve had nothing but terrible experience dealing with the owner. From the misinformation on his website to the fact that he’s impossible to get ahold of. I wouldn’t recommend him as a landlord to anyone, as these are SCARLET red flags.

TL:DR;
The owner Mike never answers the phone. Everything is fine when he’s running late but when you’re running literally 2 minutes late he cancels as soon as you get there and won’t answer the phone. I’d give him 0 stars if I could.

Horrible landlords who treat people with such disrespect because they think they’re entitled to doing so. I don’t suggest anyone from renting one of their properties. They seem like ungrateful difficult human beings who judge before they know someone.
