Wow. I've been having awful issues with e-mails bouncing from particular customers...it just started happening out of the blue and I couldn't figure it out. Everyone I called was unable to help...it was insanely frustrating and sort of unprofessional as I needed to send out some messages through my personal e-mail.

I happened to meet Josh outside my office and he agreed to come and have a look. Within twenty minutes the issue was resolved. Weeks of aggravation and frustration over in a moment. Josh and Computer Commuter are absolutely TOP NOTCH. If only threre were ten stars to give!

Josh was very professional, I had scheduled an appointment for the 2nd of Jan with him, he called New Years day and asked if it was ok to swing by at 5:30pm. I was stunned that he would do that for something that was not an emergency. He spent testing my PC out and knew what to fix. Had my PC good as new in little over an hour.

I actually ended up not needing his services, but I spoke on the phone with him a couple of times and he really helped me with some troubleshooting. Basically my cpu died and he guessed it almost instantly with the info he asked me about it. I was able to get my system back up and running without having to get it serviced. He was polite and extremely helpful throughout and was always attentive to my questions. I have no doubt he would have been able to fix the issue much faster than I did and will definitely be using him in the future if I can't manage a repair myself.

Josh is a super hero with super natural IT powers! He was not only able to restore my older iMac and recover many important emails that I thought were lost, he enhanced my computer and back-up with swift ease and expertise that I've never witnessed before. I can't recommend Computer Commuter highly enough!

So there's no actual brick and mortar store, this guy just hustles and knows his stuff. He comes to you, and he's not lazy. A quality man who takes pride in his work ethic and his capabilities. Highly recommend.

My iMac was so slow I couldn’t get anything done on it. Josh came in and fixed it in less than 2 hours and now it’s running faster than it ever has! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend him for all your computer needs!

i hired Josh to debug my older apple iMac. He was punctual, professional, and he was very fair on pricing. So much so I had him upgrade some of my hardware while he was there.This is coming from someone who hardly ever hires anyone to do anything. Josh was very knowledgable about what his does. he sells top grade parts at reasonable prices. i would not hesitate to use and recommend him. 5 stars all the way!!

HUGE Kudos to Computer Commuter's Josh - you just saved my photography business by recovering a 4 TB hard drive that I accidentally started a "quick format" on, and then found out that my Cloud backup was also missing all of my photographs since I switched to digital 15 years ago. My Mac Pro was slow and running out of space. I thought I was going to have to go to the Apple store to get it fixed up or buy a new one, but Josh was able to clean it up and install a larger hard drive (for a lot less than a new computer or what Apple was going to charge to fix it). Now it is running like new!
