Nicole at the Manchester Jared was so accommodating! I stopped in with my favorite earrings that I wear all the time. She found a way to get the damaged one replaced and all I had to do was pay a slight protection fee for a new one. She’s also very knowledgeable on everything in the store as I was able to get a little something for my college daughter’s birthday without breaking the bank! Thank you Nicole!!!

Janel, Kira and the entire rest of the team that helped me were incredibly knowledgeable, personable and involved in helping my girlfriend and I select an engagement ring. They had honest answers to all of my questions and truly made the stressful process of ring shopping enjoyable. Additionally, they did not make any attempt to push me out of my budget, or towards more expensive features that did not suit my individual needs. I can honestly say this this is one of the few times that you can go to a larger business and receive service on par with a smaller, local business. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I hope they are all still there to help me when I return in the future.

We drove an hour from MA because the reviews were amazing. It did not disappoint!! Serah did such a wonderful job and we'll be back again because of her! We walked into Jared in Manchester,NH today with our minds made up to buy, and by luck of the draw, we got Nicole.
We had lots of questions, took up a lot! of her time. She is so nice and very professional.
In the end she really went out of her way to help us save, using a 25% discount that we had but didn’t exactly know how to use without her help.
We got a very nice ring, perfect for my fiancée, not cheap. We got a great! discount and wished we could take Nicole to lunch with us!
