We walked in looking for a quick deal on a washer and dryer for our new apartment. The language barrier was real, but we worked it out. He showed up exactly when he said he would. They installed and connected everything. Plus a nice little warranty. Thanks guys.

Showed up even though he was closed when I called. Delivered a washing machine in 45 minutes and took the the old one away. Was pleased with everything.

They delivered a refrigerator they knew wasn't working right. Their last words as they left was don't adjust it because then everything will freeze and I'll have to come back and fix it. I put popsicles in the freezer and it took 3 days for them to freeze. Every time we open the freezer door the smell is unbelievable. If it was my choice I would not do business with them. However that choice is up to the landlord

Bought a stove here for $350.00 and a refrigerator for $500.00 a few weeks before having problems. Within 2 weeks of buying the stove Carbon Monoxide was pouring in my house fire department had to come and shut down the gas stove. It was registering at 30 ppm. High levels thank God for my Carbon Monoxide detectors. Contact them nothing said they couldn't do anything they won't service them because there not license. He wouldn't give us another one. Fridge day 1 starts to freeze everything then come out do something to the freezer should be alset. Next morning Fridge is warm everything went bad. Call them they come back out so I'm watching the guys and he opens the back of the freezer and I see a cloth in there he moves it around and says its fine. I question the rag he said no its fine. I leave it he's the appliance guy he knows best so I thought. Couple hours later everything is frozen in my freezer and fridge. They come back now he's mad says I have too much food in there. Mind you a few things of metal and vegetables just had to replace the food that went bad. Does something to it again. Following day same thing. I call now I'm flipping. 4 people come out they change the top of the fridge part the controls he said they were bad. Should have no problems few days later same thing. I called I said enough is enough bring me a new fridge or give me my money back. He refused. These guys scam people left and right. In the end I had to go and buy brand new stove and refrigerator and I'm out $850.00. Please do yourself a favor and go to a big company. We tried to support a local small business and ending up getting screwed Please don't make the same mistake we did.

Wasn't even open even though it was during normal business hours. Looks extremely messy. Had to call and speak Spanish to the guy to find out they did not sell parts like I was led to believe, only full appliances.

BEWARE DONT HIRE !! If I could leave no stars I would had a washer delivered on union st Manchester less than a month ago they say you have a 3 month warranty and that’s far from the truth they come out and don’t have correct supplies to come fix the machine there faulty machine damaged my apartment
