They had the ring sized to fit me perfectly. Love my new ring! Will definitely shop here again.

Santana was an absolute dream to work with. She calmly listened to all of my questions and concerns and design elements that I wanted In a ring. We spend well over an hour together. I can’t wait to come back at some point.

I visited Market Square Jewelers in both Portsmouth and Manchester. I can’t say enough about the staff- in both locations I was met with friendly, professional and extremely helpful staff. Both locations went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring. I ultimately found it in Manchester where the service was A+. These ladies love what they do, are extremely knowledgeable and never once did I feel pressured.
I would recommend this “gem” of a store to anyone and everyone , just as they were recommended to us.

Would highly recommend if you are trying to get custom work done. I had them repurpose a ring that was my grandmothers that couldn’t be resized into earrings. The plans change multiple times due to budgets and personal wants. They where more than happy to price out different designs and even completely different jewelry pieces. Great service and I also purchased a necklace earrings and another ring from this store. Amazing vintage pieces that you can’t find anywhere love this store.

I had the absolute pleasure of taking my jewelry in to be evaluated and to possibly sell today. I interacted with the owner and an employee and they were both incredibly patient, warm, and knowledgeable.

They took the time to test all of my items to see if they were sterling silver, and I was shocked that some were and I had no idea! Ultimately, I just didn't have enough sterling that I was willing to part with to be able to do a cash sale. The owner was extremely understanding and respectful of my decision.

I will absolutely be retuning in the future if I can find more silver or gold items around to be able to do a cash sale. Plus, I'll be singing the praises of Market Square Jewelers to friends and family.

Also, the store is totally packed with high quality beautiful pieces, so it's a great place to stop by and take a look around even if you're just window shopping.

Yvonne is always such a pleasant personality. My husband and I have shopped with her. Engagement and wedding bands, and very nice Christmas gifts have all been bought with her help. She recognizes us when we return and always has a warm presence. Thank you!

I had been looking at their website for a cross pendant for sometime. I finally went in to the store and Satana was so helpful in finding the perfect cross that I fell in love with. They have so many beautiful pieces, I can't wait to go back!

I had a vintage ring cleaned and repaired at Market Square Jewelers in Dover. The employees are very receptive to your needs, very knowledgeable, and answer all questions thoroughly. I learned a lot about my ring! The repair was impressive; they essentially rebuilt the ring, and it looks absolutely fabulous. I am thrilled with their service!
If you've never been in their Dover shop, you have a real treat in store. I was amazed at the selection and quality of their jewelry, a lot of which is fine estate ware. When strolling downtown Dover, stop in to Market Square Jewelers!

Visited today in Manchester to pick up a repaired ring, Santana helped us and also cleaned & polished our rings that had been purchased at the Newburyport location many moons ago. She was personable and helpful. Would visit again based on her wonderful customer service.

Greatest experience at a jewelry store! Amanda and her co-worker were enthusiastic, down-to-Earth, and incredibly kind. Both were so passionate about jewelry and exhibited great patience and consideration for all the time I spent trying on different rings. Their recommendations were so lovely and I ended up picking out a ring that Amanda showed me. She lifted it up to the light and it was the most brilliant beautiful blue stone embedded in a gorgeously decorated setting. I really loved the stories they told and their humor. Really wonderful experience with great and incredibly smart, professional, and knowledgeable jewelers! DEFINITELY visit this place. Super clean and organized too!

I ordered earrings online. They are gorgeous! I had seen them in the store window while passing though NH, and I couldn’t stop thinking about them. They arrived within a week and they are as I remembered them. The packaging however was disappointing. These earrings were expensive. The were packaged in a thin brown box and a cheap white smaller box. That’s it. No note, no ribbon, nothing else. The same day, I received a $30.00 bracelet from Amazon. It was beautiful packaged and wrapped, and even included a note. The box was bright red and tied with a ribbon.. The bracelet was also enclosed in a cute little red bag. So in summary, the earrings are beautiful, but the packaging is flimsy and disappointing.

It had been a long time (too long) since I purchased jewelry for my partner, so I went in concerned about what to select. The team at Market Square Jewelers quickly put me at ease, asking questions, giving me feedback, and, ultimately, helping me make an excellent selection. You may not know this but this jeweler also offers appraisal services. The employees and manager were very kind and patient, and answered all of my questions before appraising my pieces. The price was extremely reasonable and I was offered a multi-piece discount. Once my items were returned they also took the time to answer some follow up questions that I had. I highly recommend using them if you need an appraisal done.

Love this jeweler. I've been a customer for years. You can buy new, vintage or have your current jewellery fixed or even trade in. All the staff is very pleasant and appreciative of your business. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have purchased from MSJ twice - once in person in Portland, ME and once online. Both times we've been extremely pleased with the quality of the antique rings we've bought. It was a little scary buying a one of a kind ring online, but MSJ sized perfectly and shipped quickly. When the ring arrived, it was even nicer than the photos on their site.

Awesome experience with MSJ! After visting their store and watch their Instagram Live Shows, I reached out via email to see if they could set loose stone I had into a pendant, as it wasn't something necessarily advertised as a service on their website. The customer service was super responsive, Ashley was great at helping me go through different setting options to pick one, and sent me updates throughout the process to let me know when my stone arrived, when it was going in to be set, and when it was due to be sent out. The end result was great, I am so happy with the pendant and look forward to going back to MSJ for future purchases!
