Courtyard by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

Rooms were clean and modern. Only issue was WiFi sign in. Had the normal two tier sign in page but they only had the free tier. Regardless, it worked. Bar was okay; breakfast was good.

Grounds were clean. The lobby is beautiful, and they had coffee set up all day which was nice. Brian and Nate checked us in, they were attentive, polite, and efficient. Our rooms had everything we needed including extra pillows and blankets. Dan the night auditor, assisted me in the market and was very helpful. My only disappointment was that there wasn't a hot tub, which the website had photos of but it was non existent unfortunately. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The location to the airport is great, not to mention its near the mall, restaurants and a movie theater!

Living Hope church of Manchester has a Sunday service here and the staff that work for the Courtyard Marriott are truly a blessing! You rock Amanda!

Five nights in this hotel, writing this review on night two. Got the best sleep I've had in a long time The beds are perfect.$4 a bottle of water I guess you'll have that in a hotel... Nothing to complain about

Best hotel stay of our trip. We had excellent customer service, and wonderful beds. We loved our room so much, we decided to make the hotel our base for the next day too. The girl at the front desk was just so nice. She was new and overwhelmed with bookings, & handling it all by herself, yet still delivered fantastic customer service.

My overall experience at the courtyard was awesome. It all started with the front desk attendant who presented us with her warm and welcoming personality. I believe that her name is Felicity. The room was clean and housekeeping was conducted as requested.

The property is close to everything including the airport, shopping and dining. Not only was the room wonderful and clean, the staff was phenomenal. They were all very friendly and professional. Nate took great care of us with the shuttle transport and more! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The rooms were great and very clean. The staff was very friendly! Special shout out to Dena in the bar area, she was fantastic. My mom and I stayed for 3 nights and she was fabulous each night! Very much enjoyed meeting her and staying there.

This hotel was al.ost perfect then I left the room. And I got lost lol I actually was scared for a moment...

Stayed here for two days. The place was amazing. The first thing I saw was pineapple watermelon water in the lobby. It was so refreshing. Then I got into my room. I didn't want to leave my bed. It was a very nice clean room, almost big enough to be a studio apartment.

The only complaint I have, and I'll admit it's very minor, is the position of the TV. It was hard to see from my bed and I enjoy lying down and watching TV. Luckily, there was a very comfy love seat to sit in.

All around, I'd live in that room if could. This is the place to stay.

Staff was amazing! Ernesto gave us a great price, with some extras for my birthday. And the night shift helped us with our midnight snack. Everything was super clean. Loved the hot tub. We will be back

We had a clean and comfortable room. We also ate in the lounge which was excellent.

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and I enjoyed my stay. Jessica at the front desk was amazing!!! She was very helpful and friendly every day. The hotel and rooms were cleaned very well. Just wish that their cafe would stay open during snow storm days. I had to rely on their microwaveable foods during lunch when I couldn't go out. But other than that I would stay here again.

Hi Keren, I don’t know how to reach corporate so I was hoping you could assist me. I wanted to formally recognize Ernesto, Shawn and Ron the gentleman that is in charge of setting up the room.

Ernesto is absolutely amazing. His temperament and upbeat attitude with his sense of humor was very much appreciated. Shawn as well, he was willing to jump right in and help with anything we needed. They are wonderful staff and should be formally recognized. They made the transactions pleasant and I enjoyed conversing with them.
As for the set up crew it goes without saying they are ALWAYS on point, friendly, helpful and at our service. For these reasons I plan to continue utilizing your facility for many more functions to come. I also wanted to thank you for compromising the price and working around the food charge and opening up the second room instead. I couldn’t have been happier with the turnout and we made sure to leave the rooms spotless before leaving.

I've stayed at several hotels in the area when in Manchester for work. Although I'm generally most persuaded by a great complimentary breakfast, my boss booked me here after I was less that pleased with other hotels in the area. I was generally please with the cleanliness, and staff, but it was my second stay that really got me hooked... I walked in the door and was met with a genuine smile, and a "Welcome back Mr Mitchell". At first I was taken aback, on only my second stay she had remembered who I was?! I made a joke about how I must have been the only reservation so she had to deduce who I was, and she said "nah, I remembered you, and your work jacket...
I must say, when ever in in the area for work, Mrs Jessika (when I asked her name she enthusiastically said" Jessica with a K) has earned my business. I will recommend this location, not only because it was clean and quiet. But because of the crew.. The fact that I'm thinking about this several weeks later shows how deeply impressed...

Had a bad experience due to miscommunication and I’m impressed with corporate and especially Karma and Jess for stepping up and resolving the issue with grace and beyond expectations, friendly professionalism. Also wanted to give the highest rating to Ernesto, Chris, Shawn and Maria for your exceptional hospitality and the best service a customer could receive, above and beyond expectations. The staff at this location is amazing to all people staying here. I witnessed them go above and beyond for every person they encountered. ( I was there for a few months) Amazing people! I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this hotel with our kids hockey team. We had a blast and the hotel staff really had to put up with a lot of rowdiness from our boys. We had a great time and the place is clean and well maintained!! The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating especially considering they had crazy kids to deal with. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Accessible location, across from a chunkies too and near several restaurants. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, looking into purchasing the same mattress actually. Good service as well. Only negative is the hot tub is more like a warm tub. We asked about increasing the temperature and it didnt increase much at all. There is no control for you to access.

I love the extended hours in the pool! I hate being in the pool with tons of kids and its nice to be able to go down later when its not filled with kids to get in a swim. I wish more hotels would follow your lead on this! This was an unplanned stay but was very satisfied.
