Tru by Hilton Manchester Downtown

This hotel is very clean and pleasant. The rooms are modern with no clutter. The service was exceptional, especially the two friendly ladies at the desk on Sunday morning. Would be happy to return!

This is the place to stay when in Manchester, NH. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in (413) had a great view of the city. It was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was a proper power shower .

This was my second time staying at the TRU in Manchester, it's located in a very safe and convenient part of town, parking is secure, the Common Man restaurant (not part of the hotel) is located on the ground level is very good for lunch or dinner. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly, they are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area and what is available for entertainment or activities in and around town.
The rooms are clean, the lobby is welcoming, they even have a pool table if you like playing. Great selection of snacks and beverages available as well.
This is my go to hotel for any trips to this part of NH.

Matt that works in the afternoon in the desk service, He really knows how to treat the guests, and the Ladies in the Morning as Soon we checked in on Friday as well too, Good Customer service 👍, Top Notch service 👌 👍 👏 👏 Bravo.
And also I want to Thank the house keeper I didn't get her name but I did said Gracias because she does a Good job clean and making the room smelling nice and clean.

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed in, in a long time. The room was a tiny bit small but it was one of the cleanest spaces. Love how you put the guests name on the TV screen when they come in. The hotel breakfast was even good, and so was the coffee. Highly recommend

First class location and hotel - right in the center of the city and close to everything! Service was great and the breakfast was even better. Certainly will stay here again when we come next time

Hilton, Good location, Hot Breakfast, Ladies in the Morning very Professional and friendly and Matt in the afternoon That work in the Desk He, always made sure that there was always fresh coffee in the afternoon, afterwards we came from dinner. We were there just to get away from the normal routine of our lives..and sometimes you need times off..And I want Thank Hilton for those wonderful cookies and coffee they were delicious..

Clean rooms with a great staff. It's off of downtown and a short walk, but not the best location in town if you want to be on the main street.

AMAZING!!! The staff managed to find my cell phone in the room that we were staying at and mailed it across the country. Molly Mulholland, the general manager, made sure that we were taken care of and kept me posted the entire time. I really would suggest going here, not only was the place nice and clean but the staff were wonderful!

Our room and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the person in charge of breakfast was super friendly. I liked the convenience of the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. I was incredibly pleased with our stay.

Friendliest team I have ever met in a hotel and I travel quite a bit. The entire place is nice and clean with some nice views of the river as well. Definitely the best in the downtown area.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location that’s easy to find. It was perfect for us to explore the historic Millyard district and visit the Millyard Museum. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Nice clean modern hotel with good showers and up to date TV/Media. I used to stay at Homewood Suites by the airport but due to the overall deterioration of that property and the service levels over there I now travel a little further to stay here. Much better solution for me…

I was very glad we chose this hotel. Central location, clean rooms and shared spaces, friendly staff. Some places that label themselves dog friendly are merely dog tolerant. This place you can tell they love dogs, the staff made us and our furry friend feel very welcomed.
Customer service has been hit or miss since covid but this hotel is doing things right. Very refreshing!

I'm here for a week for an SNHU residency. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are great. My room overlooks the river and I'm very happy I was put at the Tru.

Great time here , our room was clean , comfortable .Staff was more than great Also Honest!! I forgot a piece of jewelry on the bathroom shelf and it was turned it to front desk right away I wasn't even home when I realized and called the front desk I was informed it had been found Kudos!! Highly recommend staying here Thank you

This Tru is like my bedroom away from home. The staff are A++++ and treat you like family. The rooms are consistently clean and there is ALWAYS coffee and hot water for tea downstairs.
I became sick while traveling and they took care of me. Can’t recommend more highly.

Hotel and rooms are very clean and new looking. The staff was friendly, and efficient with restocking during breakfast hours. They allow dogs there which was a bonus for us. Conveniently located a short walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, modern, new hotel in downtown Manchester, NH. Just a few blocks from the main drag where all the resturants and bars are. Within walking distance. Staff is nice. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast is basic but enough. There is even a great restaurant (not affiliated with hilton) on the ground floor. A must stay
