DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown

This hotel and staff were amazing. We were there for a family wedding in Manchester. My parents are elderly and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We were able to get an early check in. Would definitely go back.

My daughter and I stayed for the first time at the DoubleTree in Manchester and if I could give a higher rating than a 5 star I would. We stayed overnight on Thanksgiving Day Nov23 and the service, rooms, food were amazing! We also wanted to give a shout out to Rachael at the restaurant. We were in New Hampshire to do some black Friday shopping and she went above and beyond with her customer experience! Even helped us find some amazing places to shop!

We recently had our first experience staying at a DoubleTree by Hilton, and it was a positive one. Right from the check-in, we felt very welcomed and recognized. The room itself was well-appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. Breakfast was decent and on par with what we anticipated. Overall, a commendable stay and would recommend to others.

I stayed in a lovely 12th floor room. The windows slanted toward the sky. The view of the autumn leaves throughout the city was stunning! At night, they have a lovely, friendly lady named Stephanie who provides excellent customer service. The bed was comfortable with oversized pillows. I slept so well, even waking at 2am. local time, I felt rested.
This is one of the nicest locations in town, and the price was reasonable for the level of service.

We love this hotel. Especially the 12th floor views. Combining this with an added bonus with the American Express card made this so wonderful. We wish we could live here....Thanks for another great stay.

This is a great little hotel that happily hosts a costumed event every year. They're great to us as a group, and seem to enjoy the bunches of costumed weirdos wandering around. :) The rooms are comfortable and very, very clean.

Additionally they're VERY conveniently located for decent bars and nightlife.

I am a long-time Hilton customer and this was by far one of the BEST experiences I’ve had. From the warm cookie (and even warmer greeting we received at check-in) to the lovely waitress who took the time to give my daughter a pep talk about a problem she was having at school, our visit was defined by friendly and kind staff who truly cared about us.
The King suite room was gorgeous - ample room to work, comfortable sofas and chairs to relax, and a luxurious bed. Great view, too!
With only an hour drive to get to Boston, it was a fabulous and affordable way to enjoy the city.
We have stayed in Hiltons all over the US, even Hawaii, and this was on par with the best.

In the past I had written off Doubletree completely because I've had so many bad experiences with them but you all have changed my mind! Can't wait to book here again! I was booked here for a work trip and found the hotel to be centrally located in a walkable area, clean, and very comfortable! To Jacob and Christian, y'all are the sweetest! Thank you for making my stay so amazing! The executive lounge was a great touch! And thank you for the extra cookie. Mr Dave you are such a sweetheart thank you for the shuttle ride from the airport.

Everytime we stay in Manchevegas, we ONLY stay here. The mountain view room is the best, the view is breath taking from the panoramic window. The service is top notch, rooms are clean, and the location is close to everything for a fun night down town.

Easily the best lodging we have experienced in years of 1-2 night stays as with my wife's business we do a fair amount throughout New England!
Rooms, food and staff could not be any better!

The restaurant in the hotel helped us plan a gathering for a pretty large group. They were helpful and accommodating. We will likely return for future events. Huge thank you to Jodi, Brenton, and Kara for the help!

Good hotel, although rooms are a bit dated. Staff is very friendly! Location is good with an adjacent parking garage ($14 fee)

Most of the people I saw here were with a conference or convention and were dressed pretty well, so I felt underdressed in my T-shirt. There is parking and it isn't free but is included with your bill. The breakfast was much better than expected. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan so don't expect to be able to hide your gnarly BM's. The gym has a pool, treadmills, free-weights. Pillows and comforters were feather and very comfortable. Tv was big, ~60". View wasn't great on 4th floor but it is probably great on floor 8.

Absolutely loved this place. The elevator was a pain if you don't have your key at the ready....but good for security. My room was on the 19th floor and was well appointed. Loved my swivel flat screen.

Went for distillery convention..awesome time.. hotel. Bar restaurant overall service and king suite was awesome.
Absolutely beautiful experience

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We needed an early check-in after a grueling road-trip, no problem. Rooms are clean, overall happy and would stay again.

We were here for a trade show and were so pleasantly surprised with how immaculate the entire building was. The staff was especially great. Our favorite was Liam at the bar. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He also dealt with a very unruly customer with grace and professionalism. Side note: the executive lounge was great. We don’t often see them in our Hilton travels, but we were so happy to utilize this one!

Im giving this rating simply because of my experience with the general manager and the empathy he gave me after experiencing an issue with booking/payment. Good customer service is hard to find in todays world.. typically is the customers problem.. the General Manager at this location did not have that attitude. His customer service with my situation was impeccable and made my experience stress free. I will book here again simply for his ability to hear me out and help me!!

This hotel is wonderful! The front desk concierges were exceptionally helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We parked in the parking garage attached to the hotel without incident. I would highly recommend this property will definitely be back!

Awesome location, right down town in Manchester, near to… everything. Fine, reasonably standard, rooms. Nice executive lounge (for Hilton Gold and above members) with an above average buffet breakfast (eggs, bacon, fruit, and the rest).

Excellent housekeeping, but only provided after FOUR nights.

This is my go-to when I need to stay in Manchester. Nothing terrifically special, but neither is it disappointing. Solid. Just fine. Recommended on that basis.
