Affordable and kosher for people who respect themselves. No bedbugs and a awesome location. The office is great. They really do try to make the best out of it. I lived there for 6 months. Love 455 Pine

Located downtown Manchester close to lots of amenities. Building has charm and character however, no pets allowed!!!! Unsure of service animals.

Mines not a review its more of a question do they accept married couples? We both have full time dependable jobs just really need the help.

They've done a great job cleaning up the place in the year that I've been here. Staff genuinely cares about the people who live here, it's a nice change of pace from other rooming houses I've lived at.

The 2 property managers are great! There friendly they care about the building. They care about the tenants. Have done a wonderful job keeping the place safe also.

Expensive cannot have any company can't have a partner as in gf/bf and don't allow Service dogs for seizures. Mine Service dog peanut is small maybe 14 lbs. Still not aloud which is illegal

I tried renting a room here, and I believe that the building manager, knowing that I was sharing an apartment with someone in a different building she manages, refused to forward my application. This person that I was sharing an apartment with used to work for a day labor company, and now we both make over $13 an hour working full time, 40 hours EVERY week, guaranteed, which is probably more than anyone in this place is earning

Ok I guess the location good if u like being in the middle of the city 🌆.but if u like bugs eating u in the middle of the night 🌃,and somewhat clean then yes Aaron's room is the spot

I think they ares don’t ah ready job compared to how you’d place was last year. It’s cleaner, smells better, the people are friendly for the most part, Al’s the staff is nice

I work in recovery and have found this place to have Rude staff, I have tried to help people find housing here before and the man running it was very rude. There are much better places for people in need. Staff said he enjoys making people homeless and hung up the phone. Reach out to local recovery centers for better housing options!!
