Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Downtown

Quite possibly THE BEST Residence Inn ever which is a lot coming from someone who has traveled the US & only has 10 states left. This hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and most important - quiet! The finishing touches were manifique!! Breakfast was nice as well as the bar. The lobby was perfect for relaxing & reading by the fireplace. The staff were all amazing & accommodating. I rarely ventured out on my 3 day trip because the room was so cozy. Will try my best to visit once a year for a nice unplugged & calming stay just to get away from the Hustle & bustle of life 🩶

Wow! Such a great room! All great amenities and some . It's one of the nicest residence we've ever been to. Locations great! A++++ we will be back! Parking was 13$ for the day, but it was convenient!

Rooms were clean and modern, staff was superlative, everything was easy and fairly priced. Having a small kitchen in the room and the hotel's good location put it even further over the top.

I stayed here and worked out of here several times during primary season. The staff were accommodating to our numerous requests and the facility was always clean. Internet was the best in downtown Manchester!!!

Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms were large and clean. Location couldn’t have been any better. Will definitely stay again.

Great staff - rooms were large and perfect for long stays. Equipped with kitchen and eating area plus onsite laundry, gym and pool.

This hotel is fantastic!! Very friendly helpful clean. The room was perfect. We were here for a graduation our 87 year old mom hurt her leg nothing to do with anything at hotel we were looking for a wheelchair and the sweet lady at breakfast went and got Pam the GM who happened to have a WC she lent us WC told us we could stay parked at hotel. She was so very helpful. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out this staff went above and beyond. Oh I forgot to mention the breakfast was great. I slept on the hideaway bed and it was most comfortable hideaway i had ever slept in. It felt like my actual bed at home. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Hotel is clean, new, and modern.

Overall it’s a great extended stay hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

There are community events held in the neighboring park, so I would ask for a room facing away from that because there can be noise. But it’s not a deterrent.

AMAZING!!! My house experienced a minor flood and I needed a nice hotel to be away for 3-4 days. With the way up-keep usually is I wanted to check out the hotel prior to our arrival. 1st off the aroma when you walk in is so breathtaking and so clean it doesn’t even feel like your in a hotel. The staff working was beyond courteous and made me a priority, now that’s service!! During the day they’re always up keep being done and everyone is so nice. Their parking is definitely better than other downtown hotels, and they have security onsite during the day and overnight. The rooms are great and super clean!! I don’t know what they use to clean or spray but you don’t feel like you are in a hotel, yet almost like a resort.
I felt welcome and had a blast staying there. I would rate the stay, services, hospitality, attentiveness, food and parking 10 out 10. Great job Residence Inn!!

We absolutely loved this hotel and had a great stay! The Continental breakfast has enough options and it’s tasty! The rooms are very new and modern styled with beautiful bathrooms, a nice kitchenette, and a spacious room with a futon couch. The location is extremely convenient and easy for access to Elm Street which has a lot of great restaurants, pubs and shops! Overall, a fantastic hotel with the high chance that we will be returning for our next visit to the area.

Breakfast is real eggs and sausage bacon and coffee. Muffins bakery quality. Service at breakfast by staff 5 stars plus!

Rooms felt new, clean and excellent overall. One drawback is AC is motion sensitive, in room so it turns off at night unless you get up.

The room we stayed was very roomy and with the convenience of a small kitchen. Breakfasts is there, saved the hustle to find one before heading out. With on-site complimentary parking. The only thing I think I wasn’t a fan of is the perfume/chemical scent from the housekeeping products, bugged my nose. In all, a good place to stay.

I live right near this hotel, so I never thought I would have a reason to stay here, but on the Friday night before Christmas, a tree came down on my power lines and my home was without power or heat during a freezing New Hampshire holiday weekend. I had to evacuate the house with my 17-year-old cat and stay somewhere with heat and this Residence Inn is where I ended up. I expected staying at a hotel during Christmas would be miserable and lonely, but this hotel and its staff were amazing and wonderful. The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was so handy during that weekend. They continued to serve hot breakfast, even on Christmas morning, had cookies at the front desk on Christmas, and prepared a list of local restaurants that were open on Christmas Eve/Day. Even my cat adjusted to hotel life quickly there! The staff was helpful and pleasant during my entire stay, even though they were working on a holiday.

I hope I don't ever need to evacuate my home and stay at a local hotel again, but if I had to, I would absolutely come back here.

This was easily the best residence inn we have ever visited.
The room was generously sized and the kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with utensils. The room-darkening curtains really helped to block out the outside lights. The Starbucks coffee for the in-room coffee maker was a nice touch.
The only downside was the breakfast offerings were the same for the days we stayed there. There was no variation and the options were very limited for us (I'm a Celiac and my spouse follows a keto diet).
Aside from the breakfast choices, we recommend this hotel and will likely visit again if we're in the area.

This hotel is a wonderful find as is the manager Jennifer. The quality of the breakfast is incredible, the rooms are nice and spacious I recommend 100% and we will come back.

Great place to stay. Wonderful staff and amenities and rooms. Would stay here again for sure! They welcome you with fresh baked cookies and infused water at the front desk.
