Mechanic was awesome, did a complete check of my vehicle, explained everything to me. Vehicle runs great now. Lady in front seemed annoyed that I asked my bill to be sent to family farm account, that’s how we’ve always been billed. Our family has bought several new/used vehicles at Friesen!! Always had great service!

Everything was seamless through our recent repair service. From scheduling to the drop off and completion of the service. Everyone involved was polite and made the whole process smooth and easy.

I have never once had a bad experience with Friesen Ford. A few years ago my mom bought her Ford Fusion from them and every time she needed to get it serviced, they always picked up the car for her and drop it off in a timely. I made a great choice by choosing them when I bought my 2018 Ford Mustang last year. And when it needed serviced, they always got it in and out, and their practices are so professional. Their staff is also really kind and outgoing! I could never see myself going to any other place either for car buying or car services. Thank you for everything! :)

I’m treated very well. Yes it’s dealership pricing but the service is absolutely wonderful. Great people dependable service. They don’t stick their noses up at a poor man. Highly recommend them.

I was driving through Nebraska on my way back to Colorado. I lost 90% of my braking. I was less than a 1/2 mile from Friesen Ford. I stopped in and Cortney and her mechanic did their best to help me. They didn’t have the part I needed and neither did the Honda dealership nearby. The mechanic got me set up to where I could drive home and I made an appointment for two days later at my Honda dealership to have the part replaced. I can’t thank them enough for being able to help me last minute, when I’m sure they had a full day of work.

We did not have the best service at our local Ford Dealership, so we tried Friesen Ford. They've been great.

I dealt with Louie Soto who was awesome at responding to all of my questions quickly and honestly. They helped me get transportation from the airport to the dealership making my purchasing experience even easier. The man they called Jr, who picked me up from the airport was very nice and professional. The people at Friensen Ford made buying my car a breeze after arriving at the dealership with no added suprises. Love my new car! Love my purchasing experience! Love the people there!
