Was a Great first experience! Very nice, helpful and accommodating! I bought some scar cream for a friend a couple years ago and worked out wonderfully! Excited to try the new things to try! I will be back with an update on my new adventure of products. Prairie Star, thanks for great service.

I cannot give Prairie Star Botanicals a strong enough rating! I’ve been seeing Paige for over a year and she has been able to help me heal my stomach issues--something I have suffered with since my teens! The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

This place is a gem. I came up for a visit last week & was so glad to have found them through social media. I love the learning garden outside - sometimes when buying herbal blends there is a disconnect between the actual living plants that turn into the teas, tinctures, and oils. I love the connection between the garden and the inside shop. There is quite a variety and it is all high quality. I was able to speak with Lisa, the owner, who is extremely knowledgeable. I’m excited to stay posted on any news or events related to this store and I will most definitely be back.

I prefer buying tinctures from them. All that I've purchased so far have measure lines on the eye droppers for no counting of drops for part dosages. I've gotten lazy with that; so quickly done and saving me time.

I like to start my day with happy circulation. It keeps my blood pressure in check. I also like passion flower when I having a rushed day. It helps me pace myself. If I take it regular it really improves my sleep. It always arrives well packed and promptly. The staff is very helpful and professional and share their experiences with neat blogs. Herb walks and even seed give aways if you are lucky to be there that day. Hope they have tea time sometime. Sue

Love this place!! We go here a lot because the staff are the best and everything is high quality. The herb infused cleaning spray is an awesome and safe product. The warming oil definitely helps me with circulation to keep my hands and feet feeling warm instead of the ice cubes they normally are. Highly recommend this place!

Prairie star offers a lot of herbal tinctures and glycerides that have benefited and helped my family's health and my own health. We absolutely love Paige, the clinical herbalist. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped advise us with information about our many ailments and just benefiting our lives in general. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that I live in a town with this amazing apothecary.

I have been very happy with their products! I had an issue with shipping on a recent order, and Aaron from their company was very helpful in helping me resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. He was professional and responsive. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while.
