Always a pleasure to work with these guys! I've come here a few times to get tires done for various vehicles and I've never been disappointed. Greg is honest, up front, and makes you feel like you're both informed and getting a good deal. Tire problems can be stressful, so I definitely appreciate Greg and team's upstanding customer service and timeliness in getting the job done.

Brought my car in with an appointment and worked with Nick. He gave me an excellent recommendation on tires and went over different reasons why I may like certain tires based on my daily driving. Offered me a great deal and the car was completely finished in the 90 minutes he quoted me! For a busy store, they do an awesome job managing all the moving parts and different issues customers may have. Thank you Nick and the Salem TFT!

Greg at this location is a great people person with an amazing ability to interact with customers and knows how to answer all their questions and concerns. I am not sure if he is a Store or District Manager but simply based on my interactions with him he should be. I called him to replace all four tires on my 2022 Tesla Model Y and he was super pleasant during my call with him. He also understood I had an emergency in getting my tires replaced as they were pretty worn. He told me to come down and make a payment so that would he could get my special order tires there by the next day and arranged to have my car worked on the following day at 5pm. He has a great calm and cool demeanor that I think others should model. He simply just knows how to deal with people on human level. He is very knowledgable about his work and is super honest. Not sure where you found him but if I owned the company I would ensure he never leaves. I was considering a cheaper tire and he took the time to explain the differences in the OE tire vs the cheaper option tire. By doing this he allowed me to make an educated decision on what tire to choose. I also want to add that he does not pressure you into the purchase or making a decision. He simply tells you to take your time and get back to him when you are ready. This was an amazing customer experience. I will be sure to tell everyone to go see Greg and his amazing team in Salem, NH. I also want to add Anthony is amazing as well. He took the time to review my alignment with me and explained all the specifics associated with it. The individuals at this location are extremely great people who are very knowledgable. If you need tires this is where you go no doubt about it! I have been to Cadillac, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, etc. dealers to get tire work but nothing was as fast and great an experience as this. Brought my car in to swap out one of the rims. Anthony was very friendly and helpful! Got me in and out in about 20 minutes and the price was super reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back when I need more work done on my wheels!

Zach at Town Fair was great. He helped me pick the right tires for my car and was really great at assuring me that they would be the right choice. He also recommended I get them installed and they did a fantastic job. If you need new tires go see Zach in Salem. 10/10 service

I came to the salem NH location to get all 4 of my tires changed, I am a dad of 2 girls under 3 years old and ran late to my scheduled appointment Wich was very stressful. Thankfully they allow a 15 minute grace period Wich saved me the hassle of having to reschedule and re-planning how to get the girls to daycare etc. not only that but upon arriving they didn’t make me feel guilty or anything for being late Wich literally took the stress right out of my chest instantly and then I met Anthony, the mechanic handling my vehicles tire swap, not only did he make me feel even better and less stressed about being late but he was able to get me all 4 tires AND alignment for an extremely reasonable and fair price and assured me they would take care of me. Anthony and everyone at the Salem NH location was polite didn’t judge me for being late and made swift Work of my tire swap. I recommend coming here to anybody in need of tires 100% satisfied.

The alignment tech, I believe his name was Ethan, was super helpful and very knowledgeable! He explained everything in detail, and answered any questions I had. He really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire for all your tire/alignment needs!

The location in Salem, NH has amazing customer service! Nick was courteous and helpful, able to help me get all my tires replaced without any issues, and talk with me about protected services. And they live up to their motto, nobody beat them on price, not even close!

I recently had a tire blow out and couldn't have been happier with the service! Nick was so helpful from the start and helped me get back on the road quickly! I was desperate and had my young son with me! Nick even ran to a local vendor and grabbed my tire when he realized the store was out of stock! Amazing service!!! Town Fair Tire in Salem, NH was a great help! Without an appointment I did a walk in hoping to repair a tire. Dan & AJ were able to assist me right away. I was in & out within an hour.

Flat tire repair. Online booking was super easy and convenient. Dan and Anthony did a great job explaining the process when I dropped off and also when I picked up.

Came in to town fair hoping to get 2 tires. They suggested 3 because one tire was damaged. Original quote was almost $800!!! Nick was able to find me great tires at closer to $500! Incredible impressed with the service!!

Amazing service, great community skills and very friendly staff. Zach was very professional and helpful when it came to showing the different options and recommendations. Will be coming back for a different vehicle soon.
