MedCart Specialty Pharmacy

I am extremely grateful to MedCart Specialty Pharmacy for everything that they do for me. They are always professional, intentional, patient and hard working. Such an amazing group of people dedicated to their jobs to help people get the medications and supplies that they need in order to be healthy.

We never have to call for our refills. They are always mailed or delivered a few days before needed. This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST pharmacy EVER!!!

I understand businesses make changes and MedCart made A LOT of those changes. However. Cat and Dela have always been there when I needed them. Refills, Deliveries, just anything those two are sweethearts. I feel bad sometimes asking for 1 of them but I know when I do I am ok Please keep those 2 on your team!

Very fast response, we work with Michelle mostly, she"s really good and is on top of things when it comes to appeals and forms. Patients are happy with their fast response as well.

Very well organized. Staff is knowledgable, competent and caring. Always a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

Always have meds a week in advance. Love having a case manager. Very friendly.

It takes multiple calls to receive one medication. Always late and they always blamed it on the prescriber but no evidence they even contacted the prescriber. They promise of delivery on a certain day but intentionally they send it on a later date. It seems like if you have more than one medication on their list, they won’t want your business and they will cut you off one way or another.

I missed a whole day of work cuz the driver never showed up!!!!!!!! I wish someone would call me and tell me the driver was a no show or whatever the issue at least I could of worked...smh now another day two!!!....missing money not working because i have to wait around for my meds.This is so unprofessional!

I would not trust of what this pharmacy tells you. First they told me that they would not deliver my medication using one of their drivers, because my address was outside of their delivery area; one of their drivers had delivered to my address before, so this was untrue. Then they told me that replacement medication was not a benefit of my insurance plan; I called the insurance company, and this was untrue. They told me that UPS attempted to deliver my medication; I checked the tracking history, and this was untrue. Finally they told me, after I missed my medication dose due to them not getting it to me in a timely manner, that we would need to shift my dosing schedule; I checked with the drug company and my prescribing doctor, both confirmed that this was not only untrue, it was unsafe. If honesty and integrity are important to you when you are choosing your pharmacy, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

This company has made blunders with my prescriptions at least three times. Currently I put in for a refill on the 7th of August, explaining to them that I would be out of town August 10th to the 17th. I waited for delivery the 8th and 9th and the driver did not show or call. When I returned I called and was promised the prescription on the 19th (closed on the weekend). I waited all day and still did not receive my prescription or a call. I contacted them this morning and was promised my prescription today. I'm skeptical. I will be getting my prescriptions from CVS going forward. I definitely would not recommend this company, they have habitually shown they are unreliable.

Over two weeks and I still don’t have my rescue medication! I will never ever allow this pharmacy to fill any of my prescriptions ever again. DO NOT use them.

Overcharged for meds that never arrived and overcharged for other medications 18 times what it was supposed to be
