McDonald's

This McDonald's has the best play place out of all the play places in saginaw. Their are a couple girls that work here younger and very rude however the manager at this location is by far one of the best in saginaw. Always see him working and going beyond for his customers. I don't think I have been to this location and not seen him. Very clean and always busy.

Had dinner here last night and used mobile app. They are on top of that. Always fresh food as well. Thanks

Not only is the jingle or melody addictive and get stuck in the head.
The cravings for a few of their breakfast sandwiches are addictive as well. But that's all I go there for once a week 🤣😭🤣
Steak egg and cheese bagel is highly recommended with two hashbrowns 1 hash brown to put in the sandwich and the other for the side. Well played McDonald's. Well played

Today my daughter had a medical emergency in this store and the manager AJ, her assistant N and the other staff went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were safe! This was a true team effort and we are beyond grateful for the compassion and empathy AJ and her team showed us! Truly a blessing 🙏 Thank you all so much🙏🙏🙏

We went inside, usually we go through the drive thru. It was clean, fast, very friendly service. I took 3 tiny tots with me they jad a blast playing with the other children. It was an overall great day. Thanks Micky D workers!!

I love this McDonald's food is always fresh and the people are friendly

I prefer this specific McDonald's over all others in Saginaw. Friendly staff, quick service and they never have any issues with their rewards member or ice cream machines like the other locations love to state.

Double egg biscuit. Make it so, you won't regret it!

Fresh. hot food. AND..the shake machine was not down. Friendly drive-thru attendants. Did I mention the food tasted fresh and hot? Awesome. (Lately, burnt 1/4 lbers at other McDonald's locations. After four times in a row, I stopped ordering them).

They seriously knocked it outta the park with this order I just got done consuming! I asked for extra toppings on the spicy chicken sandwich and they put like 20 pickle slices on that thing. Also... that sauce! It was dripping with sauce. Just how I like it! I also asked for a double quarter pounder with extra all toppings on it... however I'm full from the first sandwich to even want to dive into it. The service was fast and friendly which alot of people would say is unusual for a Donldles but hey! I'll take it where I can get it! All other locations should train here because apparently this is where great customer service is born!!

I doordash here... the wait isn't long and the workers are always nice. I don't mind coming to this location at all.

April 9, 2020 I ask for a fresh chicken buttermilk chicken meal fresh. I was given a fresh chicken in old grease. I ask them why would they not tell me before I spent my hard working money Plus I lost my job. All I want is fresh food. Talking about they would not change the grease until tomorrow. But want to offer me something different instead of doing that in the first place. It’s seems to me causing more confusion if any! And just a FYI my child was eating that I would not give give my poodle that mess. Y’all need the health depart call on y’all. On god! I don’t want nothing from you guys but to do better and plus y’all don’t need a college degree to do this job like I can’t understand.

I found the store to be amazing. The food was good. The employees were nice and the Coke was cold. An American classic always great. This McDonald’s is too good for this neighborhood. Almost got killed by a punk millennial in the parking lot. The playground was nasty, but they all are.

Until today, I had no idea this McDonald's gives veteran discounts.

Great place to eat with the kids because of the huge outdoor playground! The kids love it! But I'm disappointed because my fav the fish sandwich price went up, a little over four dollars just for one, plus they only put a half slice of American cheese on the pricey fish sandwich. For a fast fish sandwich over dollars four one would think you would get a full slice of cheese!

Professional crew extremely impressed with Telvon he really made our sandwich look just like the commercial. Taste even better!! He went above and beyond to meet our expectations. For this he deserves "Employee of the Month"! Way to GO TELVON!

I think most of the staff is friendly. There is one night manager that is rude though. The drive thru workers are usually very nice and the food is good. They correct any mistakes.
